I have been a customer for a few years

I have been a customer for a few years.
The staff were very helpful especially Mohammed explaining everything to me.

I had a really bad experience with this…

I had a really bad experience with this insurance company. I strongly recommend not going with them. Without informing me, they canceled my insurance, and when I asked them why, they said I did not provide documents. However, they never sent me an email. Two days after the cancellation, I received a letter requesting documents. How is it possible to cancel my insurance and then two days later tell me what you need? Also, it was completely risky because at that time I was on the road traveling.
