I renewed with Churchill, I looked at comparison websites and I could've got it cheaper but when I thought about how easy and pleasant Churchill is to deal with I decided to stay with them. Sometimes it's about bringing calm into your life and having my car insurance with them does that. Good price, excellent service from friendly staff. Thank you.

I phoned about my home insurance renewal it had jumped up in price. I did a comparison and he said he couldn’t match even the Churchill price on that site. So I bought it on line from Churchill.

I missed the deadline for cancellation of a policy otherwise I would have done. A sly increase in the price when I've never claimed a penny on insurance is quite despicable. Next year, I'll make sure I cancel on time and go elsewhere. None of my circumstances had changed nor anything about my home, I should add!

Their service has declined. Their prices have increased and they are no longer competitive with others, but seem not to care.
To the reply from Churchill:
I did discuss the renewal premium with Churchill. They reduced by £50. You were still well over the price of the competition. I tried to discuss further but was 'because a discount has already been applied, no further discount can be considered.' That sounded as though the Churchill staff member decided the level of discount.

Perhaps Churchill could put me right on where l’m going wrong.
I received by email from Churchill saying that my home insurance is due and that if l follow the link l can have a look at my new quote.
However to do this you need to put your email address into a box to receive a code before you can open the link and check the code.
So after putting in your email address the access code is sent to you by email.
However to read this code you have to close the first email in order to open the new email to read the code. Whereupon you need to open the first email in order to input the access code.
However when you reopen the first email hoping to input the access code all you get is the initial box asking for your email address in order to receive an access code.
As far as l can see it would appear that you need two devices in order to view your quote.
One device kept open to input the code and another device in order to ask for the code.
So, Churchill how do l see my quote if l only have one device
