I had to swap from sky to Vodafone fiber,in my area now we have city fiber,they are offering the fiber optic network and they do the Vodafone wifi router installation,when I had sky fiber and 900mbs they said the speed can vary becouse of the peak times,but the actual download speed won't go more than 700mbs and upload maximum 100mbs,with Vodafone and city fiber we have no 900mbs but the download speed sometimes is 1.200 mbs and upload speed is between 850mbs and 980 mbs,that is becouse they have no limit on the upload speed vs the old network that is provided to sky by Openreach,anyway I had the fiber installed in less than 1 hour,I had to wait for the second engineer to come to fix something,but he came to our house probably in less than 30 minutes after the first one left,when you care about your customers you don't give them just a fair price but also quality services and fast.

Really great experience with CityFibre. The communication was great and the engineer went above and beyond to bring the fibre into our house in a location that worked for us (not the easiest for him). This was a far cry from our prior experience with Open Reach.

Two lads named Chris and Gary fitted my fibre broadband today. They explained everything that needed to be done . They were very respectful of my property and work was carried out cleanly and professionaly

Very positive experience with the City Fibre broadband engineer, Jack. He completed the job quicker than expected, working efficiently while remaining tidy and quiet throughout, despite the challenging circumstances.

We live on the second floor, and he handled the installation professionally, drilling through the wall and using a ladder from outside to set up the wiring.

Had a damage report logged during installation, chased for an update, they closed the job without even contacting me or coming to my premises to see the damage. i work from home and have CCTV. what a useless company. now being passed from pillar to post and must log a new call via my ISP.
