So far, so good! We’ve only had this broadband provider for 3 days, and my experience has been positive. I signed up for the 1 Gbps package, and although I’m not getting the full speed yet, perhaps I need to give it a little more time to see how it performs. Even so, it’s already better than my previous provider.

I also got a great introductory offer, making it much cheaper than other providers I compared. I’m particularly happy with the engineer who installed the fibre broadband. The installation was neat and tidy, and the cables were fitted very professionally.

Overall, I’m happy with the service so far and hope it continues this way!

Harry, Dylan and two other crew members came to install my Full Fibre today. They all were friendly, well mannered, explained everything to me and very respectful to me and my home. They are a credit to the company. Would give more stars if I could.

The service was great they arrived on the day on time Ben & Matthew brilliant service great conversation while working they got the work done explained everything ( even though RISE hadn’t sent my router in time ) they explained it all down to the last detail, so when the router did arrive it was a case of unboxing 2 mins later it was on. Excellent service. Engineer arrived within the notified installation time slot. Switch over was completed within 15 mins without any issues. Highly recommended!

Great service and friendly engineers

Engineer showed up late (after 1-6pm window) and said he couldn't do the install because he had plans for the evening, but I would get a call to reschedule ASAP. City Fiber did actually call and book me in two days out, they just never actually booked the appointment - didn't show up. The only thing Sky can see is the original appointment where City Fiber marked it as me not being available for the service (rather than them not providing the service). Only thing Sky can do is rebook me 2 weeks out. City Fiber has no customer service, seemingly not even Sky can get through to them. I would love a call back or to call someone who can rebook their failed delivery of service, but no options are available. If you can use another fiber provider, I would try that, I regret choosing City Fiber.

Easy fast service set up, lovely guys ive had do install in 3 places last few yrs and use toob as service providers.. City fiber doing all the setting up, fully recommended highly professional staff and service standards
