They’re just thieves! 0 value for money. Customer service is so condescending and mean too! I wished I never made this purchase. Dumbest decision ever.

I had a hair straightner for over 2…
I had a hair straightner for over 2 years that was switching off when in use. I sent it back with my purchase receipt. Other than that there was no contact they sent me back a new hair straightner. So easy to deal with! Actually the best company i have dealt with when returning an item.
