I love this brand and I found the customer service to be extremely kind and responsive. They dealt with every issue I had quickly and efficiently and although it was a long correspondence, every person who responded seemed to be on top of the previous exchanges which shows care and professionalism. Thank you Coucou team, excited to order more in the future!

After purchasing, I received a notice about a shipping delay due to a product shortage and additional production — and when I reached out about the delivery date, they responded so kindly.
I trust Coucou's quality and design, and knowing how popular they are, I understood. It was a little disappointing not to wear it right away, but I knew the wait would make me appreciate it even more.
When it finally arrived, the happiness was worth it.
Good things take time — and I think that sense of anticipation is part of what makes this brand so special.

Coucouintimates makes such beautiful, high quality pieces. They are exactly what I was looking for on my hunt for 100% organic cotton intimates and clothing. Material and craft is so important to me, and they really check the boxes. They also have an amazing customer service team who kindly solved my issue immediately for me. Will be shopping from Coucouintimates again, and have already recommended them to many of my friends.

If you’re looking for good quality beautifully structured clothing Cou Cou Intimates is the place to find that. I get so much wear out of these items and i continue to go back to them for more colors. They really understand perfecting the elevated basic. Great customer service as well. returning was easy and they respond quickly. Can’t wait to see what more they come up with!

Really lovely and high-quality cotton clothing, and outstanding customer service. I ordered a babydoll set I was hoping to receive before I left on a trip. I had mistakenly chosen a slower shipping speed when checking out so I contacted Cou Cou regarding my order and they made sure to ship it out immediately. I received it in record time and was so impressed with their care and responsiveness.

The clothes are beautiful and well made. I have bought several items over the years and everything has lasted well over time. I recently made a purchase and a defective product came as part of my order. I let customer service know and they were so helpful - they immediately sent me not one but two replacement items just in case there was another issue with one of those. Will continue buying from Cou Cou!

The customer service is amazing! Unfortunately I never received my parcel as the carrier lost it. However the customer service team has supported me during all my inquiries to the carrier. They answered very quickly to all of my emails and were extremely kind. They managed to provide me with a solution to the issue, even though it wasn’t the brand’s fault if my parcel got lost. I am very grateful for the help and the kindness that I received from the customer service team and look forward to ordering again from their website :)

I had some trouble with my shipment due to my buzzer not working and coucou intimates was kind enough to resend my order and provide such kind care. I also love the quality of their very feminine pieces. This brand is my new favorite spot to shop sustainable fashion!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Products are way overpriced, super low quality and uncomfortable, and the return window is insanely & unreasonable small given how OVERPRICED it is. Do not recommend.

I have been trying to find organic cotton undergarments for a long time and not only do cou cou have them they also have the cutest collection of essentials that I literally wear from bed to street. I have the cami slip pointelle dresses in a few different colors and my faves are the black and red and its so cute for running errands with a pair of sneakers or sandals. Honestly i would have given them 5 stars if not for the prices. Oh and customer service is always so sweet and responsive and helpful if you have any questions. Next up on my wishlist is to pull the trigger on their undies as well as their other dresses (i always have a hard time picking which ones to go for!)

They have wonderful customer service! When my package got stolen, they worked with me and sent the missing items with expedited shipping. They were kind, compassionate, and incredibly quick with their responses even though we’re in different time zones. The clothes are genuinely so comfortable that once I got my first pair of pants, I was hooked! Soft, breathable, and high quality.

I placed an order with Cou Cou Intimates last month, and I sent it to my boyfriend's address since I was planning on being there around the time the package was intended to arrive. But I stupidly put down an incomplete address by mistake, and the package was routed back to the sender.

I first contacted USPS to see if I could maybe pick up the package from the local post office, but they informed me that was impossible since my package was already in transit back to the warehouse.

At the time I hadn't even realized yet that the reason it was sent back was due to a mistake on my end and I was really frustrated. I thought that I'd just have to wait for the package to go back and then see if I could request a refund.

I figured I'd send an email to the Cou Cou Intimates Customer Service Team to see if there was anything that could be done, but I didn't have high expectations; however, the customer service team was absolutely amazing, and so incredibly helpful and communicative.

They responded to my email within a day and promised they'd send me my package once it reached their warehouse (with no additional shipping fees), even though it was my fault this even happened. They were extremely lovely, and kept me updated the entire time, as well as sent me my tracking link as soon as they received my package.

This was my first time ordering from Cou Cou so I had no idea what to expect, but now I feel comfortable trusting their quality and their customer service. I feel like a lot of brands these days have cute clothes but the returns are a hassle and they can be really unhelpful if your package gets lost or something is incorrect, but this experience has really reassured me.

The process was so seamless and I'm so grateful to them for how they handled everything. I got my package the other day and I really love it. The dresses I ordered are so cute and the cotton is really soft but well made. I will 1000% be ordering from them again.

I’m new to the brand, and the tops that I ordered from Cou Cou are beautifully made. I already know that I’m going to get a lot of wear out of them, especially as it starts warming up. But even better than the quality of the clothing was the customer service I received when an order of mine went missing (through no fault of the company, but USPS). They were quick to respond and very accommodating! I’m so happy with the clothes that I purchased, and even happier to support a brand with such a kind team. Thank you, Cou Cou!

I placed an order for some pajamas and a cute top, after placing I realized I forgot to add a discount code and reached out to the customer service team. They got back to me so quickly and were able to help me with my order! Shipping was so fast, and the pieces are so lovely. I’ll definitely be trying more pieces in the future! Ordered a few things from cou cou and have loved everything! Had a few issues with sizing being off, but when I reached out to customer service they were quick to provide a solution :) I love how soft their tops and pants are, will try their bras next ❤️❤️
