Absolutely brilliant service from initial order, through customer care contact, and finally delivery and installation. I love my new potting shed, and am so pleased I opted for the custom built workbench and an opening window - looking forward to many happy gardening hours!

Very disappointed with after sales service. I thought that buying a quality greenhouse I would have excellent after care .The response from Crane was "The cost to replace the glass for your Greenhouse to include parts, travel, and labour. The cost of this repair will cost £1088.25. Unfortunately, we are not sure when we will next be going to Devon, at the minute our scheduling team are not sure if we will be going this side of Christmas. If this is something you would like to go ahead with please give us a call on the number below we can take payment over the phone" absolutely zero customer service. Zero after sales support. I would never use this company again and I would advise potential clients to use Hartley Botanic or Alitex whi are far more trusted and respectected. I wish I had never heard of them

I love the way put ‘may seem high’ it’s a ridiculous quote in excess of £1,000 I would think it wise to inform future customers /purchasers that you do not honour the 10- year guarantee.
The green house is about 3 years old but you offer a 10-year guarantee is it only when it suits you ?

When you install nationally you cannot pick and choose your repairs. You should act like a national company or only supply to the area you would like to cover.

I think 100 % of your customers would agree that £1,088.25p is a large sum of money let alone for 1 pane of glass.

Sam was incredibly helpful showing us around and spending time explaining things.
Unfortunately our hybrid design which we had discussed with Sam wasn’t able to be made in the end but Sam came back to us with an alternative design which we’ve gone with.
Great interaction with Sam. It would have been 5 stars if the original design idea could have been made.
Garden sheds that gave more of the aesthetic of a summerhouse I’m sure might be popular if available.

First meeting went very well. The sales rep,Archie Barthgate was very helpfull and gave me a lot of usefull
Advice.
The second was on site where he did all the appropriate measurements and gave sound advice on what we needed when the building arrives on site.

On the ground teams run by Brendan (base building) and Joe (building building!) were just fantastic - it's not easy turning up to a job almost unseen and they were all super knowledgeable, tidy, unfazed, skilled and all round professional.

Customer Services were helpful, polite and quick to sort the queries and issues having a garden building creates and sales were efficient, creative with ideas and non-pushy in terms of understanding budgets and expectations.

Totally LOVING the office and to have in the Summer is an added bonus. Thank you all Crane Garden Buildings!

Very thorough discussion of building types and fittings

My first contact with Crane was by phone to the customer services department who were very friendly and helpful giving me useful advice in respect of planning my proposed hobby room.
I subsequently visited the display centre at Trentham Gardens where Mike Gritt patiently showed me all the options for my project.
The net result is that I have ordered a bespoke building to fit in a very tight space in my garden.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I have received so far.

Ty was knowledgable,knew the products well,and very friendly and helpful.Ended up buying a shed.
