CRB Direct (www.crbdirect.org.uk) are an independent agency who offer a simple process when applying for your Basic Disclosure. We specialise in checking and processing Basic Disclosure applications and provide support and advice specifically for the Basic Disclosure Online Application. We do not currently handle applications for Standard or Enhanced DBS checks although we may be able to advise on who you need to contact if you do require a Standard or Enhanced DBS check.

Very patient with first-time applicants
Our business recently received a new opportunity to conduct services in schools, and thus required our staff to have an enhanced DBS check. I've never needed to apply before and therefore wasn't fully certain about the requirements and what applied to us.
After initially submitting my first application I was reached out to by Kathryn to support with submitting the application; she was extremely patient with my lack of knowledge and understanding of my business' needs and helped me get the application sorted exactly as I needed it.
She's currently helping with getting my remaining applications sorted.
A great team and service 🙂

Good response on messages but thats…
Good response on messages but thats about it. They are expensive and had to pay extra for ID checks. The process was not easy to follow and I had to request a refund after waiting for everything to be processed. Only received £25 refund. The £8 a month subscription is a rip off and blamed the 'policy' when I cancelled my application - they did not cancel the subscription of £8. Absolute joke. I used another company and everything was very straight forward

I have cancelled my account they have monthly payment. Charges are very for basic DRB check. I don't recommend this for DRB check.
