Crown Gas & Power Avis 

I have been dealing with Helen Pritchard at Crown Gas for the last 12 months and she has been incredibly helpful! She's always on hand to help if I have any enquiries or require further details. The account we have with Crown Gas supplies a large communal system that I look after and she has made the whole process incredibly easy and seamless. Would recommend Crown Gas and their team based on my experience with Helen.

Rachael - Key Accounts credit controller is excellent and gets billing corrected in a efficient and timely manner. She understood the query and responds promptly

A good Credit Controller does more than just chase customers for payments. They have to be able to read conversations, lend a sympathetic ear at times and help resolve any issues, which is what Rachael has done for us, having worked closely together for the last year she's has been a great help and the best person for the job.
