Helpful, personable, explained details, talked through booking process. This cruise will be a totally new experience; it appears to be good value.

Dan was helpful, informative, knowledgeable and went the extra mile - firstly speaking to us well beyond the office closing time and secondly providing relevant personal experiences and insights. He also provided lots of details around every aspect of our trip and ensured that my partially sighted wife would receive assistance, both at the airport and on the ship.

James dealt with my query (Payment) even though it was a Saturday afternoon, I rang the office several times but the message stated that it was closed on a Saturday and Sunday for payment.
James rang me back to see if he could help and took my payment for me.

Once we finally got through to an agent, (after trying for 3 days and the call dropping out after 40 min) Dan was very professional and helpful. He went through all the details of the cruise we were interested in and gave us all the options, ensuring we were we very happy with our decision. He emailed us with all the relevant information while we were still on the phone to check everything was in prefer. Very happy.
