Grant drove over 2 hours each way to install our EV charger and was polite and friendly throughout the really professional job, left everything clean and tidy, and helped us set up the charger and get us going. Thanks again Grant!

Our installer was excellent. Lovely polite guy who undertook the task in a timely manner. We were unsure if the installation would be around the house or underground & the installer was helpful in explaining option & timelines for both. I requested a slightly different location & the installer very helpfully made it happen within budget. The works were done to a high standard & all mess cleaned up. Aftercare instructions covered & a test charge undertook. He kept me up to date at all stages. Thanks again Grant, much appreciated!

Grant was our installation engineer and was superb throughout. He discussed cabling routes and worked professionally and efficiently. Once complete, he guided me through the EV charging app, making sure I had the right controls in place to prevent any tampering or misuse. Grant is a credit to your organisation.

Grant arrived, went through the process and gave opportunity to ask questions and consider the best way to run the cables and fit the charge point. He was thoroughly professional at all times. Grant recently installed my new EV charger and I honestly couldn’t recommend him more highly.

From the outset he was professional, clear and straightforward. Communication was excellent, he turned up exactly when he said he would, and the whole installation was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard.

He took the time to explain everything properly, made sure the setup was working perfectly before leaving, and left the area clean and tidy. The finish is neat and well thought through — you can tell he takes real pride in his work.

We had an OHME EV charger installed by a gentleman named Bart. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about electrical safety and how important it is to ensure everything was done absolutely correctly.
He worked methodically, cleanly and very efficiently. His attention to detail and his manners towards us was refreshing, a real tradesman who cared about the end result.
I would highly recommended this firm and in my first hand experience I'd highly recommend Bart.

Massive respect to Andrew for driving 2.5hrs to complete a fairly quick fix of a faulty component. All to accommodate my need for a weekend appointment. Great service all round 👍🏻

A special mention for Bart, who provided support with the portal from a remote location, just to double check that the Ohme device was functioning correctly. The extra mile as we didn’t have a way of checking on site. Top job, guys 👍🏻

I was frustrated early this morning weekend but little did i know an angle was on the way. Steve gave me a speed lightening response today.
My light is up again. I call him the weekend angel.
Today would have been hurrible if Steve didnt come. Staying 2 days without light would be hurrific. Thanks steve.

i am an existing customer of eo but had a problem with getting back into my account and the eo support yeam were brilliant at getting me reconnected

So far, so good. The installer was brilliant and very courteous. We haven't got the electric vehicle yet so we'll have to see the operation and if it all works then.

Hopefully the refund of a switch not needed will come soon!
