I was having some difficulty re connecting my EO mini car charger to my new broadband service. The support I received from Will Davies from Crystal Electronics was exceptional. What I thought should be a straight forward reprogramming of my charger to new WiFi settings turned into a thread of about 14 emails with Will bringing me step by step through a process that eventually got me sorted. Thanks again to all the support team in the technical support group for your 5 star assistance.

Had a great experience with Olivia Allen the engineer who helped me solve a few issues with my EO charger unit. First I needed a few months info that was over a year ago and she sent this over to me, then I couldn’t connect my new BT home hub to the wall charger due to the fact the QR code had faded too much. Olivia sent me a new digital QR code with instructions and after 30 seconds I was up and running again

I recently had an EV home charge point installed and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. The engineer was not only polite and friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain the product and its features, making sure I felt confident in using it.

What impressed me even more was his attention to detail; he pointed out potential troubleshooting points that could arise, even if they are unlikely. His professionalism and tidiness throughout the installation process were commendable.

Our installation for a car charger was carried out to perfection by Crystal.
The engineer worked out a better route than originally planned meaning a much less intrusive cable route. He then worked tirelessly to install everything.

Right from first contact this company could not have been more helpful. Kerrith told us exactly how things would proceed and advised us what charger to purchase. They supplied the security safeguard side of things and had the equipment shipped to our address so it was all ready for the installation date.

The guy who installed the charging port was very knowledgeable and talked us through the whole operation.

One of your engineers came out to install an Ohme electric vehicle charger for us on 03.10.2024. We have to say a great big thank you for his services.

He went above and beyond, working in challenging conditions on quite a cold and windy day. He was very polite and professional and made us aware of exactly what the installation involved before he undertook any works and constantly kept us updated.

We were unaware that a previous electrician had not secured a wire in place properly, which he identified and resolved in a matter of minutes to make sure the entire fuse box, surrounding boards and the new EV charging-related board were completely safe, even though this was not part of his remit. We are so very grateful to him for making us aware of this. He made sure that everything was in complete working order before leaving us.

Once the job was completed he took us through a walkthrough of the Ohme charging app, explaining all the technical jargon and showed us exactly how to set up timed charges and how to use our electrical provider's tariff details to look for better charging times when the grid is greener.

Overall, the installation process took a few hours but Crystal EV Services and the engineer they sent were excellent.

After recently having an EO mini pro 3 EV charger fitted by Crystal Electronics I had difficulties with charging the car and spoke to Richard from technical support.

Richard provided easy to understand instructions and between us after spending considerable time and energy Richard was able to sort out the problem and fixed the EV charger remotely.

Great service, went beyond tge call of duty with after sales care.

I’m writing in praise of one of your operatives bob who I had the pleasure of an appointment this morning.
He arrived nice and early with a smile on his face and proceeded to fix my sky Q issue. He went above and beyond and made sure he checked all my channels etc were working. He did a very thorough job. He’s left me very happy with first working TV I’ve had in a month.

The installer was pleasant and replaced the broken charger with a working one. He was polite and cleared up after himself. He made sure everything was working and that I knew what to do.

Our engineer edd was extremely knowledgeable. He was punctual and super tidy. He was ever so friendly and easy to talk to and answered all our questions. He did a super neat job in no time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. 5 star.

Came to repair my Ohme charger, very quick to come out once reported to Ohme. The man was very professional and knew what the problem was and resolved it quickly. Very satisfied with whole process.

I don’t know why Ohme use these! Absolute joke the way our install was left! I wish I could upload pictures! Cable left exposed and on show and to make it worse we had to pay extra money for the installation!
Complaint raised avoid at all costs!
