Crystal EV Charging Avis 

The installer for my Ohme charge point was fantastic. Quick, efficient, tidy and super friendly. Really easy process and minimises the disruption. Would definitely recommend Crystal.

Superb job done by Bart. I was a bit nervous how our first EV home charger installation would go, but I didn't need to be as Bart was very professional, polite and tidy (even hoovering up indoors and out). He answered all my techie questions, so I now feel confident about using the Ohme Pro charger when I take delivery of my new EV in the coming months. Now if only all tradesmen were as good. Keep up the great work, thanks Bart!

Kerrith and colleagues formed a great plan at a good price to move a distribution box at my property.

Claire and Mark have gone above and beyond. We had a new zapping installed and then due to a blocked paving company literally taking out the zappi with a mini digger both Claire and Mark came up trumps as we had to get the Zappi replaced all within three weeks of first installation. Thank you so much for being professional

The EV charger was installed in the wrong location despite a conversation we had prior to install. I can live with that, although extra work was carried out to make it more accessible.

A new consumer unit was installed, and INCORRECTLY labelled up, which we didnt find out until we needed to isolate the lighting circuit to find out it was still live!! It had been labelled up as sockets.

Despite numerous attempts to conact Crystal, they stop replying.

Fast efficient service by all.... Cannot fault them at all.... Always polite and helpful on the phone. Guy who came out (Jason) was polite, knowledgeable, very helpful and patient with our lack of tec understanding.

Bartosz was excellent and went above and beyond to do a clean and tidy installation of my Tesla charger. 2nd time using these guys and will do again next time I move home.

From the first time in communication with Crystal they have been in contact at all stages.
Gentleman that fitted the charger was quick, efficient and seemed well versed in what he was doing.
He explained all things that was going to happen and tidied up after himself.

My five-year-old EO charger stopped working. EO referred me to Chrystal as the charger was out of warranty. Claire Warne of Chrystal was helpful in arranging an engineer visit. Ed turned up on time and diagnosed and fixed the problem despite difficulty of access. He was polite and helpful.

Excellent communication before installation. The actual install was very professional. Definitely recommend.

The contractor changed an appointment to ensure we were able to have our charger installed sooner as had collected our car.
The delivery of the unit came early morning and the gentleman who installed was professional, diligent and courteous.
He was helpful in pairing the ohme app to our EV point, and explained everything I needed to know.
He left the site tidy and installation was with minimum disruption.

The team at crystal had very good communication when booking my ev charger to be installed, engineer arrived in the morning so wasn’t waiting all day! 5stars to the engineer fitted the unit with no disruption very polite and left no mess, also showed me what to do and answered my questions! Top star company I would recommend!

Very helpful response from Richard Dunse at Crystal EV to a technical question concerning my EO charger installation. Richard certainly knows his stuff and took the time to listen to the issues, diagnose the problem and put forward a clear plan for remediation.

Arranging the appointment and being kept up to date with events prior to the day worked seamlessly. Engineer contacted me on the day with their expected arrival. When he arrived, he walked around with me, confirming the location of the charger and routing of the cable. When the power needed to be switched off to connect the device, I was given notice to ensure that everything in the house that needed to be switched off, was off. When connected, he checked, then talked me through the system before assisting my connection to the Ohme app. Excellent…
