Don't drive on the sleepers
As ever, we tell them that their lorry cannot come mare than half way down our drive. Yet again, they failed and drove most of the way down dislodging the sleepers on one side. I have a big job to do now to re-align them.
Following the review Darch oil have contacted us and apologised, and assured us that this will not happen again. They have also said that they will give us a refund for some the cost of the last delivery and in future send out smaller lorries. Based on this reply I am updating this review.

Hi Steve,
Sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it must be, especially after giving instructions.
We’ll investigate what happened, whether the instructions were logged and a small tanker requested. The Domestic Manager will be in touch shortly to discuss this with you.
If you need anything else, or have other information you'd like to share, then please email feedback@darchoil.co.uk and I will look at it directly.
Apologies for the inconvenience, and thank you for bringing it to our attention.
Kind regards,
Andy

A very reliable company
A very reliable company. Oil delivered on schedule and so quietly I didn’t even know they had filled the tank. On the rare occasions when I have a problem they respond immediately.

Used this company for years until…
Used this company for years until today. Three different excuses as to why fuel not delivered, having paid for quick delivery, it didn't show up, missed a hospital appointment, no call to say delivery cancelled, not for the first time, and fighty combative call handler who eventually reverted to terms and conditions. Won't ever use these flappers again, give no concern about customer welfare. Have to add the drivers are always spot on, 0 out of 10 for the office staff.

Hi Simon,
We're sorry to hear about your recent experience and the delay with your delivery. While occasional delays can happen, we understand how frustrating it must have been, and we do have systems in place to notify customers when a delivery has been rerouted.
Please email us at feedback@darchoil.co.uk with your account number and/or email address so we can investigate what went wrong.
Our drivers and office staff are usually praised for their service, so we’ll be looking into this further. A member of our team will also be in touch to offer our apologies and seek to make amends.
Thanks for your past custom—we’d love the opportunity to restore your trust in us.
Best Regards,

Excellent service
I have been using Darch Oil for the last 25+ years. They have never failed to provide the most excellent service. Their communication is superb and they allow me to raise and reduce my payments whenever I need to. Ordering has always been easy but now, having the online ordering system you can choose how much you pay and when it is delivered. They are 100% reliable and courteous when delivering. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
