Very good service from Deed Poll Office. My documents arrived safely and quickly, I have used them twice now.
Highly recommended service.

So simple, filled out the online form on a Thursday and by the Monday I received my certificate, if I knew it was going to be that easy I would have done it years ago. Ten out of ten

Fast efficient service. Did exactly what they promised. Would recommend.

Really, really pleased with the service. The certificates arrived within a few days on excellent quality paper and instructions on who to contact etc. Would definitely recommend the company.

Excellent and timely service, could not be more satisfied.

They're great! The service is top-notch, the prices are fair, and they even send you a guide on how to sign and use a deed poll. Plus, they include two reference letters in case anything goes sideways: one for general concerns and one specifically for law enforcement. I highly recommend them.

I waited to see how a friend got on before using and when her new DBS arrived without any fuss I jumped in.
So simple, quick and fuss free.
Documents arrived quickly, online storage is a good addition on and I have used the documents for a few jobs now- no problems.

I had to change my son's name, so utilised services of this company. It was a fantastic experience as they made the whole process very simple and easy to follow. I received the documents in few days with clear guidance and cover letters sent through the email. Deed poll document was accepted by all the concerned departments. I would highly recommend them.

I needed a Deed Poll to change my name and my gender.
It took some minutes to request it online and 2 days to receive it at home.

The process was so easy, just needed to fill out an easy to complete form online then very soon after, I received the exact number of requested Deed polls plus details of how to execute it and companies that I'd need to notify of name change.

Great service, Fast efficient, easy to use

Great experience. Simple to follow and received the documents the next day.

I used the service to order a copy of my name change from 2006 submitting the online form on Good Friday evening! Knowing it was a bank holiday I didn’t expect to hear anything back until probably the end of the following week! A lovely lady rang me in the morning the Tuesday after bank holiday Monday! She was lovely and I received my certificate 2 days later. Fabulous service, I definitely recommend.

Super quick delivery, simple interface and professional deeds. Took the stress out of changing our names for a reasonable fee.

The company delivers as promised. The process is so simple online and efficient. UK passport office accepted the deed poll. No questions asked and the passport was renewed with the new name. Will definitely use this company again for other family members.
