Deed Poll Office Avis

Highly recommend this company. It took me a while to find a site that was affordable but also trustworthy. Easy application, fast delivery & they keep you informed with all information via email. Very happy!!

The process was very easy and not too expensive.

I wasn't sure about this site at first but I went ahead and it's 100 percent trusted fast service only needed it for my first adult passport which i have finally got thank u

Received paperwork within three days. Very happy with service. Many thanks 😊

Absoulty brilliant order on one day got the following day would recommend 100 per cent folks amazing company

Charlotte was lovely. Explained everything really well and simply for us.

Helpful staff, great instructions on what to do. Really quick delivery

The deed poll was really simple to get and they are really trutworthy. I had so many questions and they would reply to all my emails really fast so I didn't have to worry about a thing. There were different delivery options and payment methods. I also liked how there were instructions.

Excellent service, easy to use website and received really quickly.

Brilliant service, quick and simple and great communication. Only thing that would absolutely make this service even better is, if they could change ALL your other documents aswel lol

Initially I started my enrolled Deed Pol using Gov.uk web site, which was a nightmare. I was waiting for half a year with no updates, then I called them, was waiting for in the queue for over a hour, and then they said they want some more paperwork. I was furious because nobody contacted me.
So, I was lucky to find this company, which is cheaper, quick and provided with all the support, so no questions were asked, their certificate was accepted in all the banks.

Was easy to follow instructions. Prompt delivery and the documents are printed on very good quality paper.

I had a need to create a deed poll name change A138964 and found the Deed Poll office LTD excellent in every way.

Great service ! Did on online straightforward & easy to do. Paid for next day delivery came as promised ,excellent !

The service was quick and very professional staff

I was skeptical at first but after reading the reviews I was put at ease thanks to the many great reports from others. The process was super easy, I applied on the weekend and my document was sent the following Tuesday. It looks official and professional and I’ve not had any issues changing my name in systems using it so far. It is a pain updating necessary documents but that’s personal lol. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to change their name I wish I found this site sooner.

Great customer service, professional documents, and the information provided is very clear and helpful.

Documents hadn't arrived after a week due to an issue with Royal Mail. Emailed and they had my order dispatched again same day.

The girl on end of phone was very unhelpful and rude she huffed when she spoke and made me feel stupid when asking questions

After a lot of researching the other online deed poll service sites, and even contemplating just creating my own free deed poll, I'm glad I chose Deed Poll Office. They walked you through each step of the application with plenty of explanations and answers to common questions. The price is reasonable, especially compared with competitors.

I could have made my own deed poll for free, but I'm glad I didn't and chose to pay a little as the certificates look much more "official" when handing them over to organisations, and I haven't had any organisation refuse the deed poll document.

The time from payment to delivery was around 4 days, which was great. They kept me informed along the way of what stage my order was at.

The deed poll themselves look great, and I like that each copy has its own ref code at the top.
