I had a level 3 survey done on a listed building. Very impressed with the detail in the report. Gave me confidence in making a decision regarding purchase.
The price was extremely competitive. Had some quotes at near double the price.

Clear communication and pricing from the start - and easily reached by phone. Prompt booking and delivery of the report.
Very thorough and helpful survey - level 3 from Frederick Kong. The overall structure, 1-3 severity/immediacy rating, detail, and clear photos made me feel the report covered all areas, or was clear when further investigation was required. It helped me make the tough decision not to proceed with purchase, where a less-thorough report may not have caught all the issues that built up the big picture. Grateful for the expert opinions.

Precise & Detailed Level 3 Building Survey
Very good survey price, easy booking sytem, in-depth results, (we had the Level 3 and was very pleased with the report - almost 100 pages!). Over the phone support direct with the Surveyor which we thought was great to discuss specific concerns. We would not hesitate in suggesting this company to others. Thank you!

They can't help you but you'll get the spam
I used localsurveyorsdirect website to find a surveyor for roof. I put what I needed in the description. For some reason Dunham failed to read it and just sent a generic "quote" for service I never wanted. They sent such "offer" twice for some reason.
I responded to them asking if they provide the service I actually want. Got a response that they can't help me. And yet, followed up the next day with another "quote" --- again for service I do not want.

In respect of your review, I don’t believe looking at our records that you have engaged a service with us, and your contact with us has been nothing more than an enquiry. As you will be aware, the main purpose of these reviews is on completion of a service.
Nevertheless, I will reply to your review as follows:
I understand your frustrations with us not being able to provide a service to you, and that you received two quotations. It should be noted that as a company and like most companies, we receive in excess of 3000 enquiries a month and it is impossible to answer every one personally. We therefore have an automated quoting system to provide a quote, which sends a quote then a follow up quote 24 or 48 hours later. This is a no obligation quote and there is no requirement for you to respond or accept the quote.
Finally, it’s worth noting that like every other online business, this is all part of our marketing strategy and some people like these email auto quotes and some don’t. We would always say to everyone, if you receive a quote and you are happy with it, please do engage with us and one of our friendly team will contact you.
We wish you all the best in your property dealings and if we can be of help in the future please do give us a call, by phone, by WhatsApp or by email and we will contact you back.
The report is done in a few days only.

Really pleased with service we received. A thorough survey; which was discussed with us just after the surveyor had done ‘the job’.
We feel we have a good understanding of the property and feel informed regarding decisions we need to make with good suggested time frames, as well as an idea of costs.

Its my 2nd time of employing the same surveyor
The survey report is very detailed and can point out the areas that requires urgent action. All the advice and findings are supported with enough photos, so that we have better ideas of what happened.
The surveyor--6555347(RICS number) is very helpful and pro active. He is willing to offer phone consultation for any quries arising from the survey report.
I will recommend this surveyor.

Hi Chris, we wouldnt normally meet you at the property unless this has been prearranged. In terms of compliance, for example the heating system is checked visually as we are not heating engineers and therefore we couldnt advise if this is safe or not without proper and fit tests in line with compliance. In terms of other checks, not every part of a property is accessible. The RICS guidance and our own T&C's explain the limitations of a survey. If you want a more detailed chat with one of our surveyors or you can give me a call in the office and I would be delighted to expand in more detail.
Fast and detailed report
My 2nd time to use Heyes service. The report is informative and complete. The surveyor give us clear explanation and patiently answer our questions. Those recommendations are fair and reasonable.
Sure that I will recommend my friend to use Heyes.

A Helpful company that I feel people…
A Helpful company that I feel people can fully trust. I was worried about possible subsidence on my property and so went to the experts to obtain a Structural Inspection. Whilst visiting the Surveyor gave us a useful summary and was very professional.
