Cargo Bike
Very happy with my cargo bike purchase. Alex and his team were super helpful in the ordering process and I got my bike delivered two weeks after placing the order. Very straightforward process, happy with the bike and I feel pretty confident in their two year warranty and that any issues will be resolved should they ever arise.
Again Ebikes direct strikes again
Again Ebikes direct strikes again, broken promise after, broken promise. I wouldn't trust this company at all, be very careful when having anything delivered from them. My bike was delivered after a reported fault only for the delivery driver to throw my bike of the back of the wagon, damaged the box also had footprints all over the box obviously the box had been walked all over. The driver didn't even let me know it had been delivered so anyone could have walked away with it. The bike has gone back since to Ebikes direct still awaiting delivery 3 weeks later.
There are better companies you can spend your money with. DO NOT part with your money with Ebikes direct terrible company with terrible after service.
I also forgot to mention when I wrote a review on another site a few weeks ago I was asked by a manager (No mention of his name) at Ebikes direct if I would remove my review once my bike had been repaired, I told him NO under any circumstances would I remove the review as others had to be warned before making a purchase, I thought this was blackmail also very unprofessional, you have been warned if parting money with this company.
First class service
I am delighted with my bike. It was a like for like replacement as mine was stolen.
First class service from e-bikes direct. My bike arrived within 4 days of ordering and apart from having to tighten the handle bars and put the pedals on (they are left off in transit) the bike was in immaculate condition.
I had read some negative reviews but my experience has only been positive.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. I was promised multiple delivery dates for my bike, but after five broken promises, it never arrived. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will be sure to share my negative experience with others. Their lack of responsibility is unacceptable, and they have wasted my time and money. I wouldn’t trust this company to deliver on any of their promises.

I had a couple of serious issues with a Bike I purchased from them, however, I had no reason to be worried as this company was right on the ball. I previously bought an e bike from this company a couple of years ago, which arrived without incident. I had no hesitation in buying from them again. Unfortunately on this occasion , they were let down by the courier, After the first bike I ordered was delivered in a damaged condition by the courier , E bikes direct acted quickly to resolve the situation. Richard from sales personally delivered a replacement (from Bodiam to North London !), collected the damaged bike, and as a good will gesture they gave me a superb quality lock and light set. This is top quality service from a company that genuinely cares about its customers , and based on my experience, I can unreservedly recommend them.
Great bikes great company
I am bought two bikes from E bikes direct. Both were a good price compared to other retailers. I use mine every day as I have mobility limitations, and they are just great, so easy to ride and with the price of fuel these days definitely a very economical mode of transport. An issue with one of the bikes was dealt with swiftly and a replacement was issued. No hesitation in recommending the company. Buy one and have a blast. Special thanks to Jack x
Exceptional customer service
Excellent customer service. With no knowledge of bikes, my e-Bike seemed in good condition when it arrived, but at it's first service after three months the engineer discovered the rear wheel was buckled, something he thought had happened in transit. I contacted customer service and without hesitation they offered to send a new rear wheel (expensive, because it contains the motor), which was despatched within days. No hassle, no wasted time on automated bot responses, and prompt responses to all my emails from helpful staff.
Trash delivery service
I ordered a bike from them costing £169, and they guaranteed me delivery in 2 days after dispatch. After 10 days, and 4 emails telling me "The courier will call you today", and I had to stay from work, I never received the bike. The courier company they are dealing with, Globex, have never got in touch with me at all. The shop was ok by answering my emails quickly, but they for sure lack a considerable standard in delivery.
If this company wants to continue providing satisfying customer service, they need to change this courier company or have an alternative. They guaranteed 2 days delivery, and the bike never arrived in over 10 working days!!

I logged a ticket with E-Bikes and received a very quick response from Davey. Following a few emails back and forth, Davey went above and beyond to help with my request. I am so very grateful.
Basis Dorchester E-Bike…
I actually bought a Dorchester E-Bike on a whim! My lovely Giant E-bike was stolen and as I happened to be working in Bodium I thought I'd pop in to ask for advice. They were really helpful and experienced and explained that in all honesty to replace my Giant I'd be looking at something way out of my price range. As I was leaving I spotted the Dorchester and liked the look of it so asked to try it out. I bought it there and then. I've had it now for over 6 months. I've really put it through it's paces and it has never failed me - even towing a trailer with my inflatable Kayak. I use it mainly for shopping and commuting and it's brilliant and phenomenal value for money. I did need to change the pedals and the stand - but other than that, it has performed way beyond my expectation - I've even done the odd South Downs ride on it.
Great help to fix my Basis Beacon E-MTB
I started having power issues on my Basis Beacon, it was loosing power on Power level 1 & 2 and then on 3 and over some time it would loose power assist shortly after a journey start. I contacted E-Bikes direct for assistance and they willingly helped me through the issue. Promptly sent me parts required when the area of fault was identified. Very pleased to be back on the road and with assistance received. I must say when the fault occurred I was sceptical about getting much help from an online sale company but it was in fact great. If buying another bike I would certainly use E-bikes direct again, where I originally purchased this and another bike and those purchases also went very well and speedily.

Would highly recomend Fantastic service from start to finish. Very helpful as we we're novices. Turned up talked-about are needs and were pointed in the right direction. Test rode 3 bike and picked up are new bikes 2 days later.

Searching for a replacement hot tub…
Searching for a replacement hot tub late in the summer season and up popped an electric bike shop with a hot tub and priced very reasonably. Paid and within a day got despatch info. No delivery tracking info sent on the day so quick email to Davey and within half an hour he’d replied finding out where my parcel was and was given a rough timeframe of delivery. Fabulous customer service, would highly recommend.
