J'ai réservé une voiture à l'aéroport de Fes au Maroc, une fois là-bas le loueur me fait croire que ma CB ne fonctionne pas!! Hors elle fonctionne parfaitement. Ils ont fait le coup à un autre client juste avant moi. Du coup pas de location, pas de remboursement vie le service client EconomyBookings!! Du vol!! Fuyez, je vous le dis!!

Being told at the Fès airport desk that your CB “didn’t work” when it does, then ending up with no car and no refund, is a serious loss. If the same trick was used on another customer just before you, that’s something that needs checking against the desk record and the supplier’s acceptance rules. EconomyBookings is a legitimate, established booking platform, but cases like this have to be reviewed through the official booking file.
If this is still unresolved, do drop a line to community@bookinggroup.com — include your booking number, a short summary of what happened at the Fès counter, and any receipts or messages from the pickup. The team can dig into the specifics properly.
