Ayant fait une réservation via economy Booking, je laisse un avis très décevant, À fuire !!
J'ai réservé une voiture à Marrakech, arrivé à l'aéroport ma location de voiture à été annulée durant mon vol. N'ayant pas de connexion internet en arrivant à l'aéroport, j'ai du demander un téléphone à une personne Local.
N'ayant pas de voiture alors que la réservation était payé, je me suis retrouvé dans une situation critique.
Je tiens à préciser que le remboursement intégral a été effectué par economy booking lors de mon retour en France, point positif.
Autres point négatif, aucun conseiller ne parle français.

Being at Marrakech airport after your flight, with the reservation already cancelled and no car waiting, is a rough situation — especially when you had no internet and had to borrow a local’s phone just to sort out what happened. The full refund on your return to France is an important point, and I can also see how having no French-speaking adviser made the whole thing feel even harder.
Based on the booking terms, a supplier may treat a pickup as a no-show if the car isn’t collected on time or the booking has been cancelled at the counter. If this still needs a closer look, do write to community@bookinggroup.com with your booking number, the flight details, and any messages or receipts from Marrakech. We can then review it properly against the booking record.

Le loueur Felirent à Lamezia nous a demandé 100 € pour un retard d avion de 2 h. Pas un nr de téléphone ni email sur la réservation pour prévenir. 100 € payé cash sans facture. En rendant la voiture il a constaté une égratignures sur la jente de la roue de 4 cms. Il a encaissé 266 € sur mon dépôt en m envoyant une facture non pas du garage de,réparation mais sur son propre papier à lettre en parlant de pénalité de vol. Vraiment n importe quoi. J ai peur, car il détient toujours mon dépôt de garantie. Que puis-je faire pour me protéger ?

A €100 cash charge for a two-hour flight delay, with no receipt, plus the €266 taken from your deposit for a 4 cm rim scratch, is a serious concern. A late-arrival fee or damage charge should be tied to the rental terms and backed by proper paperwork; a supplier’s own letterhead is not the same as a repair invoice. The deposit itself is separate from the rental cost and should be released according to the supplier’s procedure once the rental is closed.
If this is still unresolved, do drop a line to community@bookinggroup.com with your booking number, the cash payment details, the paperwork you were given, photos of the wheel if you have them, and any card or deposit statements. The team can review it against the booking terms.
