J'ai été très déçue par mon expérience…
J'ai été très déçue par mon expérience avec EconomyBookings.
Avant de réserver, j'ai souscrit à la Protection Complète et les conditions indiquaient clairement que les assurances supplémentaires proposées au comptoir étaient facultatives. Pourtant, à notre arrivée chez Green Motion à Olbia, on nous a imposé une assurance de 284,61 € au motif que nous ne disposions que de cartes de débit. Sans ce paiement, le véhicule ne nous était tout simplement pas remis.
Cette information essentielle n'était pas clairement indiquée au moment de la réservation. Si elle l'avait été, nous aurions réservé auprès d'une autre agence.
J'ai eu le sentiment que le prix attractif affiché au départ ne reflétait pas le coût réel de la location. Je ne recommande pas EconomyBookings tant que davantage de transparence n'est pas apportée sur les conditions liées au moyen de paiement et aux frais imposés au comptoir.

Full Coverage is reimbursement-based, so it doesn’t replace a supplier’s own payment or insurance requirements at pickup — and those can be stricter when debit cards are involved. Some supplier requirements are only applied at pickup, under the rental company’s own rules, so the key question is whether those conditions were shown clearly before payment. If they weren’t, the case needs to be checked against the booking terms rather than guessed at from the desk decision alone.
