We have been working with Europa Worldwide for several years now, and throughout this time we have consistently received very competitive freight rates and prompt responses to our enquiries.
A big part of this is down to Ashleigh Carter, who has been a key point of contact for us. Ashleigh is always helpful, responsive and professional, and she makes the whole process of arranging our freight straightforward and efficient.

Consistently Good Service and Excellent Customer Support
I have been using Europa in my job role for 4 years and their service is good with very few damages. We ship our thermal ribbons and luxury foils all over Europe so time efficiency and condition upon delivery are really important to us.
Lauren is our account manager and she is always so helpful and professional even on those rare occasions where something may be going astray. We've used their direct shipment service multiple times too because sometimes emergencies happen and we need to get stock to clients ASAP...their Money Back Guarantee on this speedy service is also a great perk, (Although they've always delivered on time ;P) It's so nice to be able to deal with a real person, no AI, no automation. I can pick up the phone and she will guide, advise and resolve whatever my query is.

Professional Service
With ourselves being first time exporters , Europa were so helpful in guiding us through the post Brexit rules and regulations . Always keeping me informed and when collection and delivery dates confirmed . The vehicle turned up on time and my customer in Germany received on date I gave him .

Excellent Service from Excellent People
Ashlea Carter at Europa has been the single greatest help to us for logistics matters between the UK and Europe. All shipments have moved smoothly and on-time with great communication at every stage. If I have ever had any queries regarding customs processes and paperwork she has been on hand to help out at every stage. The delivery is unmatched and I would recommend them without a shadow of a doubt.

Amazing Haulier to work with
When having a project go through Europa April is there to help me every step of the way. From quoting to booking in the delivery, to making sure that any issues are sorted before the goods go out for delivery. April is always on hand to help me with any help that i need. April gets back to quickly which is amazing when i need to go back to customers with costings. If any issues arise April is there getting to the bottom of this and coming back to me quickly when the outcome and how the issue has been fixed. She makes sure that the collections are done at a timely manner to fit our needs.

Exceptional and Friendly Service
Europa worldwide are an exceptional company to work with, they are efficient, profressional and friendly. We have been working with them for around 5 years, we have never had any problems. They provide a great delivery service with a tracking portal. They have fast and reliable customer service team, you are able to speak with the same person. Excellent service from Europa Worldwide. I've used them for international shipments and have always found them professional, reliable, and easy to deal with.

The Team at Nottingham are helpful and prompt with quotations. They advise on shipments in transit, arrange collections on the next day pick-up and dedicated vehicles. Their online portal is a helpful tool in monitoring shipments and the Team back this up well with support
