Made to feel welcome straight away by Simon. He explained everything clearly & talked me through the whole process. Really happy with my experience & will be back in future.

Booked in for an eye health check with Simon. Customer service was excèllent, the optician was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything. Would highly recommend. Thank you

The most thorough eye examination I’ve ever had, and very happy with the advice given. Pleased to have chosen you as optician for all our family from now on. Thank you.

That was the best eye test I have ever had. Simon took time to explain everything in detail and I left knowing more about my eyesight than I could have imagined. I will definitely be returning next year.

This was my first visit to eye works the the service & information I received was absolutely superb. Completely put at ease & so professional.

Totally enjoyable experience! Knowledgeable & kind man so very attentive to my needs..will never go anywhere else again!! Highly & totally recommend Simon..

Simon is an excellent optician.
Clearly explaining every step of my examination and my treatment options regarding issues found with my eyes and referring me to specialist there and then. Cannot recommend highly enough, 5 stars seems insufficient.

Very informative and detailed. Nothing like any eye test I've had before.

Full idiot proof explanations given throughout the eye test. No upselling of things not needed.

Simon was absolutely fantastic with my 7 year old. He was professional and friendly and really made an effort to make my son comfortable and he absolutely loved his eye test. Thanks again Simon.
