Would not recommend. Parts were missing on the first day of installation. It took three additional visits and then the wrong colour part was fitted. 3 months later and the door still isn’t finished. The level of service went down once money was paid. Ignoring calls and claiming to not know about the defect, even though their fitter alerted them. We are getting new windows next year and definitely will not be using them. Very disappointed!

Hi I had my windows replace by Fairco and delighted with the job, however one of my windows was not closing properly in fairness somebody came out straight away and sorted it, now the window will not open and it is affecting the house alarm I have just been told by Susan I will have to wait 5 weeks my mother is 82 and I feel she should not have to wait that long it was suggested that I call an emergency lock smith for which I would have to pay for.

Very poor service....installed a sub standard set of doors and windows...Still waiting for them to complete their own snag list after over 12 months...keep away from this company their cowboys

We just got our whole house done 18 windows and doors in total. It took about a week and the final result looks great. We dealt with Linda in Sales who was great and could guide us on what looks well together. After we picked what we wanted the installation crew(lead by Victor and Frank) arrived a few weeks later and proceeded to start the job. They did our house room by room which was great. They cleaned as they went and were very neat and precise with their work. They informed us what work would be done first and what would be left until the end of the week. All in all very happy with the end result. House is cosier and warmer and the windows and door finishing looks great. I would definitely recommend Fairco and if your lucky enough to get Victor and Frank as fitters you will be very happy with their work.

In December 2019 Fairco service man came out to look at our french door. A new lock was needed. This is a lifestyle burglar proof door. I paid for the new lock in January 2020. This is November 2020 and I am still waiting for the lock. They sent out a service man couple of times with the wrong lock, and he wanted to modify the door to suit the lock. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I told him no. I have to keep chasing them, they don't come back to me unless they have to. Latest email and phone call is today 6/11/20. I also emailed the salesman. Fairco's maintenance department is non existant, they don't seem to care about their customer. My advise is don't buy products from this Company because of their lack of back up care for the customer and their products. I would give this company no stars because of this.

Having experienced the Shoddy Work of Fairco Windows And Doors, avoid this so called window and door company like the plague, don't be fooled by the reviews other people have put up, they were put up after my wife named and shamed Fairco Windows And Doors on Facebook, the owner is nothing but an arrogant, aggressive and dirty rotten liar of an individual ,he is known for his lies and also has other people telling them as you will see by their reviews, he has threatened my wife with court action on a number of times, other window companies are astonished at his actions, he had to many chances to resolve the ongoing issues but failed to do so, he would rather tell people that we wouldn't allow him to so which is a lie.

Never Buy From Fairco Windows And Doors, They Do Not Honour The Gaurantee, Because I Have Named And Shamed Them On Facebook And I Refuse To Take It Down, I Have Been Threatened With Court Proceedings, Still Waiting On The Court Papers To Arrive, After Paying This So Called Window And Door Company €14.726 In July 2012 For The Whole House To Be Done, Defects Started To Show Up In April 2016, The Whole House Had To Get A New Replacement In December 2016 Of Frames And Doors Using Existing Glass, It Took Them 8 Months For New Replacement, If The Truth Be Known, The Remedial Work From The New Replacement Wasn't Finished Till 22nd June 2017, Since More Problems Have Occurred Which Fairco Refused To Fix, They Are Accusing Me Of Not Letting Them Gain Access, Which Is All Lies, I Now Know The Owner Is Known For His Lies, He Is Nothing But A Dirty Rotten Liar Of An Individual, Thanks To A Former Staff Member Who Told Me This, I Would Hate To Hear Of Anyone Else Going Through What I Have And Still Am, The Stress And Strain Of Dealing With Fairco Windows And Doors Is Unrepairable, Don't Be Fooled By Their Reviews, Most Of Them Reviews Went Up After I Stood Outside His Premises On The Old Airport Road And Terenure, You Will Notice On Their Facebook Page That Comments Have Been Removed, They Have Me Blocked From Their Facebook Page Since July 2016, Other Window Companies Can't Believe The Treatment I'm Getting From Fairco, Since I Went Public About Fairco, I Now Know I Am Not The Only Person Who They Done Shoddy Work For, They Are A Laughing Stock Of The Window Industry, Avoid Like The Plague, Give Your Custom To A Company Who Values Their Customer.

Recently had windows installed by Fairco. Not only is their customer service first class but the installation team of Mark and Les went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done to the highest standard possible. Cant recommend Fairco enough (and you'll be lucky to have Mark and Les as your installation team)

I bought front and back door last January. 2 days after installation our back door started giving problems. The two previous times they came straight away to fix it In fairness but this 3rd time they haven’t booked us in for a week!! saying that they are very busy and nothing else can’t be done from their side. Such a disgrace! They are aware that our back door doesn’t close and being also the 3rd time that this happened I can‘y simply understand this company policy which it’s selling point is the safety of their doors.. truly ridiculous. I just wish I could find my initial review and retrieve from google so people are aware and look somewhere else. I actually quite concern of what would happen once warranty expires... Lesson to learn here never write your review so soon!

I bought Fairco doors, front and back 2 years ago. Since then, I have had to call out Fairco installers to fix the problems, at least 4 times. Today, the back door will not close....the metal strip seems to be damaged. I am a 70 year old lady living on my own and the earliest somebody from Fairco can come and fix these doors is next week and I am now TERRIFIED to go to bed tonight. This is absolutely disgraceful.....give me the old mortice reliable lock any day....disgustedly Beatrice Wicklow

My new windows and doors are fantastic. I can notice the difference already. The fitters were excellent.

The windows and doors are finished and they are absolutely fabulous! I'm so happy with them! Gary & Sam that were doing the windows are doors couldn't have been nicer or more professional, they are a credit to the company! I just wanted to say thank you for everything.

Despite numerous requests to fix door barrel where the key keeps turning not opening door, i even sent a video to show that i couldnt get into my house only 10 months after install, they say i need to position the inside at an anlge !! Ridiculous.. do not trust these people!!!

I've taken my review from Google reviews to repost in here to make sure all and any future customers may see this. Fairco operates a shady business that does not take criticism lightly, and are certainly not there for the customer but for themselves. Buyer beware, I urge any other potential client to look elsewhere. I'm not the only bad reviewer or Fairco, they've had plenty. So much so they removed the option to review on Facebook because of "Fake reviews".

I'm glad Fairco finally decided to allow reviews again, after taking them down because they didn't like people telling the truth. This company is a complete and utter scam. Initially it started off great with one of their reps taking all the time needed to allow us to choose our products. We were told we could pick what was installed first, that the workers would work around us, they would clean as they went, provide dust sheets and we were the primary concern. The installers arrived and informed us they were picking what was installed first, and laughed at us when we repeated what the rep had said.

They did not clean as they went, leaving thick dust everywhere and didn't use dust sheets, we had to provide them. They CRACKED the plaster in 4 different rooms above the windows and hid it wrapping the curtains around the poles where the cracks were.

We put the dogs in the back garden to keep them away from the workers, who then proceed to chip and empty buckets of debris and tile on top of them.

They stood over us and told us what to say on their review form being very intimidating. On the first day one installer spent an hour in our toilet and stank the house out. I'm not kidding when I write this, an hour in our bathroom with no apology.

They attempted to take our former mahogony Hall door and claimed they'd "recycle it" yeah right. Our new black door isn't black but a very dark brown, we complained and the office told us there's no such thing as a solid black door, ludicrous!

I had argument after argument with the manager in the office, phone call after phone call not returned pushing and pushing to get them to come back and repair all the damage they caused.

The final product? Needed to be fixed in the area of ten times in 8 months. Faulty door, doors dropping, drafts from windows, incorrectly installed silicone, pieces of pvc falling off - all for €10,000!

Fairco, you are a scrounge on Irish window installers, a scam of a company that cares only for money, and a blight on consumer trust. Anyone reading this, find an alternative and don't believe the crap this company feeds you.

We went to Fairco for our windows and doors. We didn’t know much about them as we live in Dun Laoghaire and they hadn’t done much business out here. We got 3 quotes from other companies but Fairco came in with the best quote and the option to take our old windows away which the other companies didn’t offer. Simon the sales guy was amazing, really knowledgable and helpful and when we went to the showroom in Santry, we were really impressed. Kevin came out to do our survey and he was equally knowledgable and so nice. We had a delay because of Christmas but that was fine and when the windows and doors arrived they were exactly as we had ordered.
There were a few snags which we listed and emailed. The customer service was first class, the guys came out to do the snags within a week.

About a week after the back door was fitted, it wasn’t closing properly, it was a Saturday and I emailed Fairco. I got a text from one of the fitters giving me a temporary solution and a fitter was here on Monday to fix.

I can’t recommend them more highly, a superb service and their customer service is fabulous.

I must say I'm surprised by the previous reviews as I had no problem with them when they fitted my windows. They did absolutely no damage to my decor and windows have been fine and that is about two years ago. I only paid a deposit beforehand and wouldn't be comfortable paying the whole thing either.

Love the doors but poor customer service. Interesting reading the reviews, people are happy as long as everything goes to plan but any issues and things start to get complicated. The salesman who came to my house was great and full of good advice but the engineer that came out to finalise the details arrived 2 hrs early. Despite requesting to pay by bank transfer prior to his arrival he then went on to ask for the money straight after signing my name, I have never heard of an engineer getting involved in payment, am I wrong? As a woman on my own with this guy I found it tactless and intimidating. The installers who put in the doors were nice but unfortunately It took me over an hour to clean up after them. A thumbturn lock was suggested for the front door by the letterbox, I personally do not think this is safe but only realised this after installation - important details like this should be discussed at the time of finalising details. I asked for it to be changed but that was a great big palaver. Could work on your customer service Fairco!

Bought windows & Front Door & Patio Door from Fairco Ltd, First of all Sales guy Called to get Sale, So Nice yes, No Problem we can do anything you want, Could not do enough or be nicer, said
payment had to be upfront, Big Mistake ( Be Warned ) Job was good as you would expect for your hard earned money, I would expect noting less, Problem is with them, once Money is Paid, they don't want to know you, we had a couple of snags, ( minor) , No Communication from them, strange because there was loads of Communication about the payment before the job was completed, As for their Salesman, I have never seen someone change in their attitude, was unbelievable, I rang him 5 times, no reply, when he did he had a serious attitude problem, and didn't bother to update me on what I rang about, So Fairco Ltd, is a no no for me in the future or anyone who asks me about My Windows & Doors I will not be Recommending Fairco Windows Ltd. As for Lads who installed, they were great, But office staff and the Sales guy NO,

Don't believe their nonsense regarding "burglar proof windows and doors" two weeks after we had our "toughened and laminated glass" patio doors installed by Fairco a burglar punched his way into our house in under 2 minutes using nothing more than a large stone ! Fairco did not want to know and refused to acknowledge this despite a garda report. Be warned !
