Great for gifting

Excelllent until it came to paying

Excelllent until it came to paying. Very confusing as bank visa debit did not show up immediately as most do…was explained that will not show until order is packed… guess to allow for no substitutes… had to ring back HELP to clarify.. eventually showed a few days later just befor delivery..
Guess allowing substitutes fixes this but you don’t have to accept subs…
Would save Customer Help explaining…
Must add she was excellent…

Great food and speedy service

Great food and speedy service but my order was wrong when it arrived.
One item was wrong but when I rang the service was great, I was refunded for the missing items and told to keep the incorrect item with an apology.
As the food is great I’ll be ordering again

Not impressed really

I had difficulty navigating my order with a gift card and a new customer delivery discount. Then I got the wrong order. Not impressed really....

Grapes and kiwi fruit were spoiled, broccolini lasted two days and then seemed perished. Not the greatest experience

I love Farro

I love Farro, always have. I have only recently used their delivery service though. It’s top class just as you’d expect from Farro. Very useful if you can’t get to the store. Highly recommended.

Bad packaging

It was great that the packaging was absolutely ridiculous. It was a huge box with just the cards in the bottom and I thought that it was a waste for the environment and I’m not sure I’d do it again. Thank you.

I would really like to be able to order heirloom tomatoes as my absolute favorite.

On delivery door bell not rung box left on front door step ......its ok but would have liked it to bought inside to kitchen bench as I have leukemia and couldn't lift it.
