All went well with the delivery and within the time stated. Excellent. Meals as expected and hopefully very good. Buying online was an easy process.

Wonderful Service

I had a very helpful person who guided me through both my registration and order as I live in a different area of NZ to where I was sending the parcel.
It was same day delivery which was wonderful.

Exceeded expectations.

Easy to order. Timely delivery. Well packaged. Ice included with refigerator item, and a nice litte sample to try. This was a test order and I was well pleased. Thanks so much!

Non-recyclable Farro fresh food containers

I go to Farro regularly but have not previously bought their store prepared food. My wife and I bought salads a couple of days ago. Both were delivered in plastic containers which are not recyclable in our NZ system as they are labellled with a 7. In NZ only 1,2 and 5 are currently recyclable. I think a high end retailer like Farro should already be onto this. Any plastic is already a problem for the environment, but non recyclable plastic these days is just not ok. It’s a shame because we appreciate many other aspects of their offering.

I love the opportunity to (Afterpay) boutique favourites, and the specials on fresh produce often beat or match supermarket prices. Thank you for creative substitutes, and awesome delivery service - every time!

Online service needs improving

Despite all the products being available to purchase online, at a cost of $15 delivery, when my delivery arrived it was missing one of the four products :-( I emailed to ask where it was and was told it hadn't been available and wouldn't be charged for it. However, the person found out that it was available in the nearest store to me so I ended up driving there to buy it... the service could do with some improvements.
