The service was good but it could have…
The service was good but it could have been made clear that Palletways would contact me with delivery information.
The delivery came on a lorry that would normally be too big to get down this road. A lucky day.

Regarding the vehicle size, we are very glad it was a "lucky day" and the delivery was completed! We take access issues seriously, so for your next order, please tick restricted access regarding the road size—we can then request a smaller vehicle (such as a 7.5-tonne tail-lift) from the haulier to ensure it’s never left to luck. Please be advised that you maybe limited to 50 bags in this instance.

Competitive pricing, the quality of the Birch supplied and how the pallet is completely full and then wrapped to protect from the elements if you can't transfer immediately to your log store.

Perfect size bagged logs
Fast delivery without my needing to be present. Logs are great and we pick the bagged ones as they’re easy to bring indoors. Yes an expensive way to purchase maybe but perfect for our lifestyle!

Friendly and careful delivery, oak logs didn't seem to be bone dry but once alight burn very hot, which I'm happy with.

Well packaged along with quick delivery.
The double crate was tightly packed with excellent Kiln Dried Oak which cut into the correct size pieces to fit my stove.
Far etter and more wood than a loosely filled builders bag which is the norm.
Can well recommend the Forewood company and aim to order the mixed variety next time
