Official Gatwick Airport Parking Avis 

we waited a long time for a bus to take us to the car park. Lots of people were left behind

Parked from 18th to 30th September £164.00. Collected car yesterday and my off side front wheel has been curbed the entire circumference of the wheel. This was told to me when I collected the car I had to inspect then point out this damage. I now have the damage and inconvenience of having to wait 72 hrs whilst they decide what to do. BMW IX M70, so an expensive car. Extremely poor.

On our return our car battery was flat and the staff could not access the car. The staff really looked after us until the manual key arrived, making us comfortable and providing drinks. They then took us to the car and got it started for us. They really couldn’t do enough for us

came back my car has been badly damaged clearly states cctv, secure fences and patrols paid nearly 200 for 5 days for there official parking ,which will now cost more than my holiday to fix staff unhelpful and rude avoid at all costs

So easy and convenient to park. We have always used a meet and greet service but this is so much better; no waiting around on your return for your car to be delivered back to you. Just pick the keys up from the kiosk and go! Staff were extremely polite and friendly. Would highly recommend and will use again.

easy to find , our car was ready and waiting on return so all in all great service, and my car was as I had left it ( it had not been in a field)

Through passport control, baggage claim and Long stay North terminal bus waiting for us. At my car by 19:00.
Gatwick teamwork

Easy to book onto. Great customer service with emails in the run up to travelling/. Easy to get to and information on where to park is well signposted. Car park spaces are quite small so cars with longer doors are a struggle. Site in very convenient for the airport and a short bus journey away which is every 10 mins or so. £25 a day isn't too bad but quite annoying when you're only there for 27 hours, so costs £50, but still less than two taxi's I guess and not much more than the £10 drop off fee and £12 park to pick up fee.

I used Long stay car park South for 8 days. Unfortunately to reach there is an entire experience as at some stage you have the feeling that you are trapped in a labyrinth. Firstly, the post code provided is not for car park for which reason I had to pay for dropp off where I was diverted. Secondly, the signages are so poor and placed on different fences, covered by others.

Great value initial pre booking.
The only problem was my key was lost and I had to arrange a locksmith who arrived and replaced the key. They took a little over 2 hours and was changed £38 for their stay which was overpriced I believe.

First time I have used the mid-term North car park. Easy to book and easy walk through to departures. Gets busy during the day so best time to park is early morning or evening.

Everything worked fine and it was all very easy .

We always use the official Gatwick on ste parking after a few awful experiences using other providers. Mid , short or long stay it’s always extremely easy to park and get to the terminals.

Had a small hiccup when parking in long stay waited at bus stop but apparently was only for drop off so we had to walk to the next available zone but wasn’t clearly marked and other travellers were also there a little confused but apart from that all was ok

Location handy and cost good but instructions confusing. Arrived 4am.
We were advised to locate Open Zone in South Terminal Long Stay Followed sign to Open Zone but ended driving through Zones A - C etc trying to find it. There is no Zone marked Open Zone. Ended up parking in Zone C not sure if we would be towed away. Extremely stressful and other motorists equally confused. Plus bus stops marked closed were actually open. Fortunately met some helpful airport workers who told us we were OK in Zone C. Instructions need to be clearer.

Great parking, easy and convenient. Was a little busy when we got there had to look for parking but wasn't long till we found one. Bus was quick no long waiting around. On the way back nearly all passengers were in row T so he skipped all the other letters and went straight to T saved us alot of time. Will be parking there again if I travel via gatwick.

The signs when we drove in were poor so we ended up following cars in and parking in car park B we were then told it was staff only so we moved. On return we accidentally drove through the drop off lane so to avoid a fine we paid

I have used the Official Gatwick Airport Parking many times over the past 10 years, mainly for holiday but, before I retired, I also used in for business flights.
The booking is straight forward and it is usually frequent bus service from the car park to the terminal is good. Also, your car is very secure.
