Official Gatwick Airport Parking Avis 

Parked my car with no worries. The bus shuttles was easy to get onto and easy to find during the return.

Parking was ok after we had found a space,it not normally that busy.

I mean, we would all like it to be cheaper but I had a really good experience. Very organised. Very approachable. I don’t like that they don’t like being phoned and so make it very hard but I can understand why they do that. Just remember that if you arrive early by hour an hour or so, they’re not going to charge you extra. They are flexible though they could make this clearer in their info. When I was unable to collect my car as planned they managed to come up with a solution for allowing my daughter to pick up my car.

Smooth booking and easy to hand over car. Seamless collection too. Friendly staff and easy access to airport. A small scuff on car is being investigated by in sure that'll get resolved no problem.

Was a relaxing experience, no stress of getting from remote car parks, only negatives is the queuing at car park 6 and the narrow turns in the car park.

Booking was straightforward and the whole process was hassle-free. I left my car for a week and both the drop-off and collection were smooth and efficient. Would definitely use the service again.

Parking was good and easy, buses regular. Only downside is navigating Gatwick road system. And the wayfinding is terrible. No sign for Long Stay buses on the main board in arrivals just a small sign above a door. Even then which bus stop to go to on arrival back was contradictually and we waited at the wrong stop before seeing different sign. Sort the wayfinding for the buses so it makes sense and easy to see. Also sort the roads out. Driving through car parks to get in and out is just poor planning. We used the Gridserve and had to go in a car park to get out again. Poorly sold plot location in my veiw without proper planning for exit.

Easy to find, just remember your bus stop for your return as it is vast!

The 'no charge amendment' was a lie. I had to pay £11 just to move my entry time forward by 2 hours.

Again another really good experience. My only observation is that zone T being so large we hunted for a few minutes before finding a bay on the other side of the fence. The main car park was full. Waiting for the bus this affected others we saw circling the car park looking for a space.
Maybe a bit more signage?
Other than that, our usual really great experience. Safe. Great polite bus service both ways. Thank you.

Parking here is always easy

I would like to say the experience i got from the Gatwick Official Short Stay Parking (Valet) was excellent.

As a first time user I was impressed and it was so easy and smooth. Short distance to the terminal easy when you have kids like me.

On my return just got to the office got my keys and the car was exactly where they said it was in its rightful condition I left it. I was away for 3 weeks.

A very straight forward way to book and then park our car. Thank you
