Easy and Straightforward Parking
We always use official Gatwick parking every time we travel. It's so easy and straightforward, buses are very frequent and close to where ever you park. Plus I always like to keep my car keys so this is always my choice of parking.

The mid stay parking is absolutely fantastic. Takes right into the departure halls. Wouldn't park anywhere else now when using North terminal!

Only one small issue in parking
Only one small issue in parking. The route to the parking not brilliant. It was heading to the exit of the car park with no sign showing parking entry on the right just before the exit. However, we were not wishing to exit so turned right in the car park area just before the exit and eventually found a parking space. All straight forward after that. Others mentioned the same issue in discussion on the bus to the terminal.

We used the mid-stay parking at Gatwick for our recent x4 day trip. The price was reasonable - airport parking is never cheap - and the location meant we had only a 5 minute walk to the terminal.
So, if you’re physically mobile the mid-stay parking is a good (by price) option to choose

Simply the easiest and the best place to park
You know exactly where you have parked and that the car will be in that place upon return. The transfer to the terminal is always efficient and frequent. Pre-booking means recognition at the barrier coming in and out. No fuss at all.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I left my car with the Meet & Greet parking service at Gatwick North Terminal expecting it to be looked after safely. When I collected my car, I found several scratches that were not there when I handed the car over.
I trusted this company with my vehicle and I am extremely upset to have received it back damaged. I have already contacted them and provided photographs of the scratches, and I am waiting for them to explain what happened and how they intend to resolve this.
I would strongly recommend taking detailed photos and videos of your car before handing it over, as I unfortunately did not expect this to happen.

Its fairly easy - However their discount offers are fake! After booking I had a message from them to recommend to friends and family for £10 voucher --I did twice and both times it said this is not working.....Really! Gatweick....you are trying to 'Getquick' Please don't!

Excellent service very close to the terminal the staff were very helpful and friendly couldn’t fault it. I even got a jump start before our journey home which took 5mins at most. We were all very impressed.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Booking on line easy, drop car at short term parking, walk over to the terminal and in departures in less than 5 minutes. On return - pick up keys from Valet park office opposite arrivals and car is parked ready for you to drive home.
I use this service at least twice a year.
The staff are all polite and smile.

Great easy to use and very convenient…
Great easy to use and very convenient for the terminal.
Used Mid Stay South.
You need to be very careful though when leaving the car park it’s really easy to end up driving through Pickup and Drop Off and it’s ANPR camera operated.
Cost me £10 for a twenty second drive through.
