We used holiday parking short stay
We used holiday parking short stay. Very efficient parked car dropped of keys got bus to terminal buses very frequent which is important when you return . Very slick smooth operation and value for money.

Super easy experience! Would defo book this again for our next holiday! Booking process was straight forward and easy, great location and the shuttle bus was so regular, we never waited more than 5 minutes for each trip(we done 2 trips altogether and each time was a breeze) so i would definitly recommend

This was my first time parking at the airport but would happily do it again. The valet parking was so easy. Literally drive to the car park, speak to an attendant and then get out and then you're pretty much into the terminal (that is if you're flying from the North Terminal which is what I did). Then when you arrive back into the terminal you literally walk out and the entrance to the car park is there, go to speak to the attendant behind the desk and scan the QR code and then they tell you what level your car is on. Really couldn't be any easier. Would recommend and would most definitely use this service again

Booking online was simple
Booking online was simple, the shuttle arrived within a few (about 10 )minutes of parking, and the drivers were incredibly courteous. Will definitely use this service again. Customer service was excellent when I called panicking about being delayed- thank you.

Valet Parking at Gatwick is the best
Valet Parking at Gatwick is the best. Just drive car in a carpark knowing its safely parked up in a secure area and not driven around by any one. hand the keys over to a professional, then off on holiday across the road.
Then on return go to desk and pick keys up and drive on straight home. Cant be bad, better than waiting for a bus to take you to your car and struggling to find a seat and cases in tow as well.

We used Mid Stay... It's probably obvious.. But a sign would have helped!! And the booking directions were NOT clear...once in, its a great call, and super close to the terminal.

Just a short walk undercover straight into departures. So much easier with 2 young children not having to get on & off buses and so quick to be on the way home after landing.

Valet Parking south terminal was excellent
We used Valet Parking at the south Terminal. Super easy and reasonably priced (compared to taxi to the airport). We were at check-in 5 minutes after we'd parked our car, and back on the road 10mins after collecting our luggage. We'll definitely use again.

Carpark entrance blockage
On return to my car which was parked in the medium stay multi story, as I left the terminal to walk through to the lifts to car park, right in front of the doorway there were a heap of footwear and many men kneeling and I guess praying and would not move. No one was attended this ridicules' event blocking the access to carpark. I understand the airport provide pray rooms so why are these people not stopped, I find it most offensive and alarming as a business you don't have this matter under control.

I would highly recommend this car oark
I would highly recommend this car oark, as you can keep your car key. You don"t have to wait too long for the bus shuttle service either, which is great.
Absolutely do not park at tje other site, where they park your car, as something will be stolen from your car. I mistakenly booked that once, and my jack was stolen
