This means that they’re the only company whose car parks are located onsite, which, in turn, means that you can park closer to the terminals than you can with any other provider. We arrived about 3.45 on a Sunday…
We arrived about 3.45 on a Sunday morning and found car park full in lots of sections and some blocked off it took 40mins to find a space then waited longer than normal time for bus to terminal which made out plan run late.

I'm sorry to hear you had trouble finding a space and that you had to wait longer than normal when recently using our car park and transfer bus service.
Our buses are scheduled to arrive to pick up passengers every 10-15 minutes and we’re truly sorry to hear this hasn’t been the case when you’ve recently visited Gatwick and for any stress or delay this may have casued.

So easy to park and have your keys with you. Car park is secure. Buses run frequently and it's lovely to when you come home just jump on the bus back to your car and home

I booked the Holiday Special and was…
I booked the Holiday Special and was very impressed. The booking was straight forward. The information provided on how to get there and what to do when you get there was spot on. I received further information just before I travelled. I particularly liked that, as by then I'd forgotten where I saved the first email. The bus service was very regular, even in the very early hours. On return, again, bus was easy to find, very regular and the my car was ready for me, not far from the reception. Highly recommend.

Great Customer Service from the Team onsite
Arrived at the car park early last Sunday morning and my car wouldn’t let me in. Called the AA , who were worse than useless. Dave an employee of the parking company kindly made us a cup of tea and also called another employee who I believe was an onsite mechanic to see if he could help fix the problem. He kindly arrived at the same time as the AA so we didn’t need his help but it was really kind of him to come and help.

Smooth and easy experience
Very easy to drop the car off and cross the road to departures. Pick up equally easy with the option of having the car valeted while away. Much better than long stay parking - no waiting for a pick up bus and struggle on with cases. Perfectly reasonable price.

Stress Free Parking
Valet parking (south terminal) is easy to find and simple to use. North terminal needs to improve signs before the car park!
One problem is for those arriving late at night for twilight check in and staying at airport hotel. When you try to book extras like security on the parking app it does not accept the different date. You seem to have to book extras separately. Otherwise brilliant service taking away stress.

Fast and efficient
Extremely fast and efficient way to park at and return home from Gatwick. I no longer trust meet and greet services after handing my keys to an operator at Bristol airport and receiving my car back dirty inside and with 176 additional miles on the clock....
