This is a BIG SCAM. Reviews are fake check with the Better Business Bureau. They don’t have a phone number for customer service nor an address to contact them.

This is the best one I have had and so far it works great, I am happy with it!

never recieved the product. ordered on october 22 2024.They took the money.

this is only a tv indoor booster amp, ie all you will get is same channels as freeview, the claim for hundreds of extra channels free sports free movies is false, you can only watch what is coming from local tv transmitter mast ie in UK freeview only plus BBC ITV CH4 CH5 ETC,misleading onformation do not get scammed by these people

Orders the tv antenna took my money off my account no email or nothing no item I would like my money back

This gadget does not work at all.

I paid $141.00 for 3 antennas and as of today no product has been delivered. This is obviously a rip off site. I need my money refunded immediately.

I ordered two antenna,s and you sent and billed me for 4, also charged me for a worranty i did not purchase, and the antenna did me no good got fewer channels than the one i already had.

This is rubbish, no email confirmation, taken payment twice, paid seriously more than what was stated, and now being ignored …

I had a horrible experience with WaveMax! I wanted to give it a try so ordered one, but soon saw that an order had been placed for 3 items! I then checked reviews, which weren't good, so called up within a half hour to cancel the entire order. I was supposed to have an hour to cancel, but the rep answering said the order had already been processed so I couldn't cancel. When I got the order, I could return it. The order arrived, and I called for return advice. I had to take a photo of the package. I then had to mail it back, and send it a photo of the return receipt! I've never before had to do either thing, but I think they want to discourage returns. I received the cash back, but am out the $10 return mail fee, and time and hassle. Not recommended!

This is most likely a scam ALL the 5 & 4 star reviews are enter by a "Person" who has only written one review in total - Tried to contact Trustpilot but this is not possible - Little point of using Trustpilot if they do not monitor for scam report.

Wavemax isn’t all what they advertise, it does pick up channels but it also depends on your location, myself live in rural area about 30 miles from a bigger city that broadcasts free air channels and I can only pick up 3 channels.
So when they advertise long distant pick up channels is definitely a false statement and isn’t worth buying !!
I wouldn’t recommend buying !
Plus once I purchased online it didn’t give me any options to contact the company I purchased it from or any contact information period so I got stuck with no option to return it. So beware if you purchase one.

Unfortunately I can't give them a ZERO rating because that is what they deserve. I ordered one item. They sent me FOUR! Can't get through by phone, text, email, nothing, but have taken the money for four.

Exactly what another reviewer wrote. I ordered one, was charged for 3 plus 3 extended warranties and postage. A complete scam. Immediately contacted them to cancel and silence. I spoke to my bank and they have entered it as a recurring payment so obviously intend to take more money.

These reviews are not genuine l. Check out 'Get Wavemax'. I was thinking king about purchasing but looked into first. So glad I did and that i didn't waste my money

As a night shift worker, I love having varied channels during odd hours. There's always something interesting on, even at 3 AM. It's made my off-hours much more enjoyable.

Installed in our restaurant. Customers love watching local games while they eat.
