If you thought about buy anything from this company, DON'T,,,,, Please read all the reviews, then make your mind up, unfortunately I didn't, and was SCAMMED,,, I received more than I ordered, and and unfortunately paid for it, (my bad),,, as like someone else, I tried to cancel the order, within a short time, to be told my order has gone to the warehouse and is already packed, (late Sunday night, what?) you have 30 days to return items, but of course you need a returns address, after 6 messages asking for a returns address, I was ignored every time, 30 days up, quite obviously they had got my money and intended to keep it, deffo a really bad company, if you still want to buy from this company, give your head a shake, DON'T
The latest on this dogs breath of a company:- as with most people, they reply to your comments by saying they're sorry and get in touch by clicking on "getwave.com", and we will try to resolve the problem, they originally ignored all my messages (6) in two weeks, so I wasn't expecting to get satisfaction, but I thought I'll play your silly game, clicked "getwavemax.com", up came "Enjoy unlimited entertainment" with a blank page, as I said before don't buy from this company, or you risk loosing your money

Ordered two power antennas well over a…

Ordered two power antennas well over a month ago now have not received products. Wave max responded to my statement. I previously wrote, but I still have not received the products. Try to get in touch through support at wavemax.com with no success. They said they tried to deliver the products but nobody was home. Now the products are back at a hub that I cannot locate. We are always home so it is impossible they tried to deliver to the house. Do not use this company totally unreliable.

wollte 1 Antenne bestellen.....daraus wurden plötzlich zwei......als Bestellung prüfen wollte......dann bestellbestätigung....mit 2 und 4.....ich sofort reklamiert und storniert....darauf eine Antwort....das nicht mehr stornieren geht, da bereits versendet....hahaha....ich mitgeteilt....das nicht annehmen werde....dies geschah nun gestern....Ware ging zurück...nach Anfrage wegen meinem Geld.....bereits abgebucht für 4 Antennen undxZubehör....wovonich nichts weis.....schrieb man mir das ich es nicht zurück bekomme.
Verbrecher!!!!
inzwischen sind 10 Tage vergangen und nich immer kein Geld zurück....immer nur Mails...von KI...könnte erbrechen....

Be on your guard with this lot of conartists

I could only afford one as I can't get out the house! But to my UTTER dismay the must have put it up to 3 antennas,definitely not me! I then discovered they took £44.77 and another £25.67 out of my account this took my overdraft and has left me with no money for heating or food and I have severe lung disease so need to stay warm and fed I have no money until next Friday I hold them totally responsible for taking me ill.you just need to other reviews it says it all!!!!

What a piece of crap! I watched your directions three times. I followed your directions exactly. I don't have an amplifier device as there was no place to attach the USB that would fit my TV. I am returning this device and want my money back!

No Refund after product returned

I returned 3 antennas to this company in October 2024. They provided a return authorization and I have a confirmation of delivery on October 15, 2024. I’ve had no refund as promised and their customer service is not at all helpful or even interested in helping get me my refund. I would not recommend this company at all.
They responded to this review by email telling me that “it’s too late for a refund”, in spite of the fact they authorized the return, received the product unopened in original packaging and provided a signed receipt, all within the 30 day window. After multiple interactions with “customer support” (hahaha…)I feel they never intended to provide a refund, so buyers beware in dealing with Wavemax.com, or Getwavemax.com, Tryrewave.com or RCH GETWAVE.COM…the changing name is a clue they don’t want to be responsible for their promises.

And now reading on trustpilot.com about the bad service received l wonder if l refuse the order when it comes if l will get my money back. Plus they're located in California, after all the fires there how long do l have to wait for refund. Signed unhappy in Tennessee.

I received my wave aerial ( £51 +) 4 days ago, to replace a cheap one bought in the Coventry Market for £7.99 a year ago, unfortunately, my X'mas treat is not working,I can get more channels with the cheap one than with the wave one, I wonder, IS IT SUITABLE FOR THE UK?, also no instructions in the packet,however, it is only one way to connect it, unless the additional black box serves another purpose, so far it is not working for me and my TV is a good,modern Samsung. Returning it is not easy I read on the comments,unless I am doing something wrong apart from connecting it directly to the TV and moving it around without results other than 6 local channels it is no good to me,I am 12 miles from the main Middlands receiver. How to get help ?, I watched a couple of videos on UTUBE

I ordered one and received three and was charged $48.80 and later in the day charged $51..89. I opened one and was unable to get any channels I don't already get. In a chat online today I received no help other that to try a second device. I don't want to do this. I just want to return the three devices and get refunded my money. Have not had any help in making this happen.

Refused to refund my returned items. I contacted them within minutes of placing the order and they said they could do nothing to cancel the order….scam….rip off. I’m now in a battle with my credit card company trying to recoup my loss.

Customer service is poor

Customer service is poor . The return time frame was not 90 days as noted in their online order advertisement. The item did not work for us. Look elsewhere for an item like this. Access to their customer service online was difficult. Took couple weeks to get responses via email.
