I had spent 30 minutes on the phone with Hotpoint, they were not only unhelpful, but rude. I gave up on them and tried you guys. Phoebe was just what I needed, helpful, friendly and polite throughout. It was such a relief to hear someone on the end of the phone that was invested in helping me. Just what I needed in that moment. That besides, my options were clearly laid out for me and I was comfortable with the choices I had to make. I was also impressed that an engineer was available in 2 working days, (hotpoint would have been a 2 week wait). Thank you, thank you, thank you - I will thoroughly recommend.

Absolute Rip off.
Charge £150 for a engineer to call out.
Then another charge for the part (which is £50) and another £150 for the part and to fit.
Stay away from this company

I only wanted 1 repair for my leaking fridge freezer. It took 25 mins of hard sell. I am elderly & felt quite ill with the hard sell. I ended up spending £213 to book my repair. I do not require all the insurance. I will never use it. I am quite upset with it all. I ended up paying £109 for repair and £113.43 for warranties 😡 which I will never use as I have appliances covered with Legal & General.

Found go assist on a google search looking for someone to fix my cooker. Quickly had a really good quote back online within minutes!!! So easy! Thought I would give them a ring just to clarify some details and was extremely glad I did! Phoebe was amazing on the phone! So helpful and bubbly and a pleasure to talk to! I was quickly taken through all the details and felt reassured that I was in good hands. A pleasure to speak to someone with a good sense of humour who was efficient and helpful! A dishonest scamming company. They took my money for a call out to fix my dishwasher last year. I clearly stated my business hours but they proceeded to turn up after I closed. I did not even receive a call to tell me roughly what time slot they would be attending and then told me I missed the appointment and I would need to repay for another call out. They refuse to reimburse me. They are dishonest scammers that con people and then try to trap them into a yearly subscription. DO NOT USE THEM - THEY WILL CON YOU IN THE SAME WAY!

I spoke to Sasha today about repairing my cooker. She was very personable and was able to help with everything I needed. She was very easy and lovely to talk to and a great salesperson.

The lady on the call was very informative and professional. Very impressive with her ability to understand my issue and get it rectified.

David was professional and fixed the issue very quickly. Will use this company again as the customer service was exceptional

Natalie was very helpful and informative and put my mind at ease with my dishwasher repair. Everything was explain clearly and she was very informative with any questions that I had and also requesting to get the repair booked in on a different date rather than the one that she was offing me. Well deserves the 5 stars.
