Great Service
I was quite anxious when I called as I had been badly let down by our regular company that dealt with my elderly Father's gas boiler. Natalie was amazing, she went through all the options as Dad requires a LPG engineer, she got me booked in and a membership that can assure Dad will be safe in the fact someone will help if required in the future.

Connor was very polite,helpful and patient. He guided me through the options available for getting a fridge freezer repaired cost-effectively and the timescales for an engineer's visit. It was then easy to make a booking.

Useless engineer who spent four minutes…
Useless engineer who spent four minutes looking at fridge, didn't use any tools to check why fridge fan not working and said it was due to the hot weather.
Spent another £150 on using a different fridge repair company who solved the problem and took the time to make sure it was working properly. So I've spent £300. Could have bought a new fridge freezer for less.
Total scam, Go Assist not recommended and pushy sales staff who repeatedly ignored my request to not pay any monthly insurance.
Terrible.
