If i could give Chris in spares more stars than 5 I would. Had absolutely no reason to send a spare part I was missing free of charge, but did, and was incredibly friendly about it.

I contacted Grohe for advice on a replacement part for my shower which they no longer produce, it is over 10yrs old! They sent me, without asking, a component they thought may be suitable. Sadly although very close to the original it would not fit. However, I cannot fault them for the great service they provided.

What a flush that grohe euro triple vortex toilet pan has! I have never seen such a great job. I almost never need to use the brush after a number 2! I love it! Mine is a backbto wall, not a wall hung though. And really hope tge wall hung will be the same as planning to rip off my brand new IMEX one, as it needs at least 3 flushes to get it clean.

I had occasion to contact Grohe Technical Support regarding a spare part availability for a Euphoria shower. This was a damaged part not a Grohe defect or quality issue. The part I required was not considered a consumable item and not available as a replacement part. However, the customer support team were extremely helpful and went out of their way to get me that part. I’m very happy with the quality of the Grohe shower and the excellent customer support.

Bought the expensive Grohe Blue Water Filter System in 2021 for a brand new kitchen, and have persevered for ages, but it's pointless! I admit defeat. I wish I'd read the Reddit reviews before buying it! Friends have other water filter / heater options and they all seem fine and quiet too.
When the Grohe system is switched on, it's loud all the time (sounds like a tractor) and overheats, so we've resorted to turning it on and off constantly (annoying!) It also empties the carbon dioxide bottles when we add them, or shows the EC (empty cartridge) sign most of the time so you spend time under the sink screwing the bottle in and out enough for it to work and register. The instruction manual is awful too. I now have 4 carbon dioxide bottles to return and one very expensive Grohe Blue home system to remove.
Currently leaving this review as a 3 as I have emailed customer service for help. Will update this review with how I get on.

Absolutely brilliant customer service

I had a problem with my tap that was well out of warranty. So I got in touch for advice on how to repair. I was advised to try a part and given guidance on where to buy. They spent a long time explaining the fault as it’s difficult via email.
When the part arrived the part didn’t work. So I got back in touch for more advice and they went above and beyond. They had a spare part in the office so sent it out completely free. In this day and age I was looking at a bill for several look hundred pounds but they helped massively can’t thank them enough.

Excellent response to an online query regarding showers - features and particularly flow rates. I was provided with an alternative to the ones that I'd looked at, along with some graphs showing the flow rates for different spray patterns and water pressure. I have a near 20 year old in wall Grohe shower unit that required replacement of the temperature and flow cartridges. I believe that these are no longer manufactured but having sent photo's of the unit to the Grohe technical team, I had within 24 hours, exact identification of the parts, their part numbers and authorised dealers who had residual stock available. Duly purchased and fitted perfectly. Brilliant service, communication and attention to customer needs. I could not be happier. Thank you!

Great customer service from Grohe

I bought a fitting which the plumber had somehow managed to mislay the screw for. I contacted Grohe to ask for details of what was required, planning to buy a screw myself, and they got back to me quickly and effectively. Unfortunately they couldn't send the exact screw (it was part of the set) but sent one with an identical thread which I subsequently cut to size. Thanks!

The products and customer service are both top notch. I’ve purchased their smartcontrol product and after using it for some time I’ve since decided to switch all my water appliances to Grohe. Really well built, easy to install and a pleasure to use.

The support and customer service is absolutely fantastic. Through no fault of Grohe’s my faucet was not working as intended. The customer support agent (Chris) took the time to work out the issue with me and quickly identified the source of the problem. He the provided very helpful advice to get everything working as it should.

Great. I was looking for a part for my shower - the team asked the right questions to identify it and confirmed the part number. So I could get it ordered.

Having a water escape issue with a Grohe wall-hung toilet system.

Very easy calling their CS number 02082832840 from their website, opt 1. Chris understood the toilet system and although it's a highly unusual, a 'never heard of before type of problem', he guided me to check images online to identify the type of inlet valve compared to my video and images taken.

We agreed can't be a cistern leak, they are blown-mold made and never leak, so had to be what I suspected, water escaping during the filling.

I could see there was a tube missing from my valve, so splashing must be happening, also maybe a missing blanking bung nearby.

I had to email to get a Ref, and in response he managed to have the parts ready with envelope to go Next-Day delivery foc.

My email wasn't received, think it's MS outlook problem, so was late in afternoon when processed and he still said he'd make the post.

Couldn't have asked for more, so superb CS Exceeded my Expectations.

Lastly, when issue is rectified, the toilet system is impressive. Well made, fairly easy to install for someone competent. Instructions could be clearer, I referred to videos online and used experience. A plastic tube nut broke that fits in the ceramic pan, got around with CT-3 type flexible glue and the grub screw when tightened will do the job rather than my improvising; that was just to hold the plastic lug in situ whilst inserting pan into threaded rod. Whilst that might be a tiny flaw the solid metal frame is excellent. The pan is good looking (for a pan!) It should re-fill silently and very fast, somewhere about 15s for a full 6L flush to re-fill.

Small leak from new shower valve during installation. Was quickly put through from customer services to Chris in technical support who set up a video call to look at the part. I sent an email with pictures, confirming the issue, and Chris was able to find a replacement in the warehouse, which he despatched the same day. Absolutely first class service.

What a simple and painless experience. Dropped customer support an email to say a tap had failed. Received a reply to discuss the issue promptly followed by one agreeing to replace the unit, as it was a kitchen mixer. The only problem was UPS not sending out the collection email, however this was quickly resolved. Their customer service team contacted me and 15 minutes later, new tap in hand, all sorted. Thank you Grohe and Chris especially. Fantastic service
