I bought the Magnum 10 ft x 8 ft Greenhouse back in 2024, and was disappointed from the off really.

The instructions were terrible. Once installed, the door rubbers were the first issue; even now, they are hanging off and are a very poor design.

Storm Bert resulted in the glass panel to the left of the door going due to the frame buckling, the next storm saw the right-hand pane go. I believe this is due to the size of the doorway and stiffening around it - it lacks structural strength when hit by sidewinds, the rear handled it very well. If you buy this greenhouse, go on eBay and buy 200 extra glass clips. The ones they supply are nowhere near enough - it will save you a lot of money down the road.

The key went rusty within the first week, and with last week's storm, I had to tie the doors closed because they came open, resulting in me losing three ceiling panes.

I understand that storms are going to cause problems, but I just think there's a lack of consideration in the design - the cost of replacing glass means I would have been better off buying a rival brand that is designed for British weather - would have saved me time picking glass out of the grass and the anxiety during high winds.

I recently acquired a Halls Cube Square greenhouse and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service, notably from Rachael Philpot. Her meticulous attention to detail and the comprehensive information she provided greatly assisted me in arranging the safe delivery and installation of my greenhouse. Interacting with her was truly a pleasure.

I sought advice about the 4ft birdlip greenhouse in a very exposed windy position and decided to give it a go. It has withstood several named storms with flying colours. I also decided to enhance my shelving and the service I have received has been excellent. Many thanks. Recommended.

I purchased a halls 12x8 greenhouse back in December 2021 which I erected in the spring 2022, it was the type with curved Perspex or acrylic eves, it was to replace a wooden one which had given good service for over 25 years.
Despite taking great care in erection which took me four days (I’ve been a tradesman for 50 years and believe very capable of most practical projects) the greenhouse has proved to be one of the worst purchases I have ever made, the aluminium bolts fixing the frame together eventually break due to movement stress, I have had four large glass panes disintegrate and now the whole gable end has been replaced with ply, the Perspex/acrylic eves buckle and are affected by UV light, the glass wire spring fixings turned out to be plated mild steel and not stainless, they have all needed replacement due to quickly rusting, I anticipate this greenhouse will not last ten years.
In all a very disappointing product which may be aesthetically pleasing when looking at a picture on the internet but certainly not robust and most certainly not worth the neck end of £2000,

What a great company bought my greenhouse, it was missing a few pieces but the guy whom was employed to fit it who lives in the North West sorted things for us brilliant experience thank you so much.

A quality product at a competitive price. We had a problem (our fault, not theirs) which was sorted quickly and with no quibbles. Very helpful and friendly customer service. Would very much recommend.

I bought the silver aluminium poplar greenhouse with toughened glass, the base, glass capping and the two tier staging. I also purchased the installation as I couldn’t do this myself.
The greenhouse was erected by Halls fitter Phil Price, which took the day and it looked great on the day.
The following week it rained and the water was coming in through the vent window. I contacted Halls customer service . A gentleman answered and I explain about the leak and asked if the fitter could return to fix the problem .
The customer service agent said it was an entry level greenhouse and they do leak and I should put some mastic on it. His words not mine. I explained I couldn’t fix it and shouldn’t have to as the greenhouse was brand new. I ask once again for the fitter to come out and was told I would have to pay for the service. Why should I as I expect a reputable company to fix a new product.
So now I have a greenhouse where the water comes in and two buckets where my staging should be. So I can’t use the greenhouse.
All I can say about this company is the customer service is poor and obviously they are selling inferior products.
What was supposed to be something nice for myself has turned out to be a waste of £1395.65.

We purchased a cube lean to greenhouse for my wife who is a wheelchair user and it was installed by a recommended installer. The install took less than a day and the finished product is excellent. The double doors and low threshold make access for a wheelchair easy. We previously had a Halls greenhouse for many years and were delighted to find the purchase was just what we wanted.

If the Quilty of the product was as good as the Quilty of the phones service, they would be number 1. Hope I don't embarrass the receptionists R+R+A

I cannot tell you how much I love my Qube greenhouse.

I bought two, one is at the front of the house and the other will go in the garden. I think they look really elegant and modern. Something to admire rather than simply being functional.

The design also allows for far more space than a conventional greenhouse.

I had the misfortune this week to find aphids on my banana plants so bought a greenhouse garlic smoke and was really impressed that none of the smoke escaped at all so know that it will not let cold air in and will keep my plants much warmer than the previous greenhouse did that was here when I bought the house.

The customer service is really excellent from Halls and they been incredibly helpful so I can highly recommend the company to you and will definitely continue to purchase from them.

Our new greenhouse arrived safe and sound and was built a week later by GBS. The greenhouse is perfect and the company that built it were excellent. Very happy, and delighted we used this company.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES PRODUCT PACKAGED WELL AND DELIVERED AS STATED CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE EASY TO CONTACT AND ARE VERY HELPFULL ON THE PHONE' INSTRUCTIONS SEEM A LITTLE BASIC BUT READ THEM OVER A FEW TIMES AND WATCH THEIR VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE AND THINGS BECOME MORE APPARENT

Just finished assembling my Popular greenhouse and are very pleased with quality of it especially as I got it on offer. We found it easy to assemble when finally fathomed out the instructions and went up in 2 days. It's a lot better then my previous Crittall one. Surprised that they don't have there name on it any where for publicity.

They made the buying a greenhouse for our oap complex easy and found them very helpful it arrived on time and dave put it up withgreat expertise very friendly and made our new greenhouse look stunning. Thanks to them best experience ever

wow , my 6x8 halls burford with the customer service was spot on very friendly and fast to reply to any querys i had , very sturdy frame with the staging making even stronger , beautiful green colour very nice on the eyes very roomy , its every thing i wanted in a green house thank you ,

I bought a Halls 10 x 8 Magnum greenhouse which was installed for me by Juliana’s recommended installer about a year ago.thrilled with it. One tempered glass pane shattered in the winter but was replaced with Rachel’s help. Recently a top window pane bolt sheared .. again Rachel came to the rescue provided replacement parts within days and John SCOTT a recommended installer sorted out the problem within a few days. Brilliant after sales service from all concerned. Many thanks.

Den mest elendige samlevejledning jeg har oplevet. Er uddannet arkitekt og har arbejdet med tegninger og tekniske tegninger i over 30 år og ALDRIG har jeg oplevet så dårlige tegninger og "vildledning".
"Vejledningen" består af små utydelige tegninger og referencenumre til delelementerne og INGEN tekst til at underbygge tegningerne. Der findes heller ikke video til at understøtte samling af drivhuset.
Mange af elementerne er ikke nummereret og flere er fejlnummereret og der er elementer der mangler, så jeg måtte vente op til en uge for at modtage de manglende elementer.
Jeg har brugt oceaner af tid på at samle elementerne til de fire facader, døre og vinduer - og flere gange har jeg siddet med lup i forsøg på at tyde tegningerne. Jeg frygter når jeg skal samle facader og tag.
