Being able to speak to an advisor by phone was helpful in comparing plans available to me. However I did learn afterwards that Healthpilot left off the list several other plans that were available in my area.

They didn't pressure me and were extremely informative and very, very kind. They took all the time that I needed to feel well informed and secure in my choices. Right down to helping to guide where I needed to "click" next!!

Healthpilot was hard to find even using Google. The site was well laid out but there could have been a little more explanation on what was required un sine of the screens.

Healthpilot made it very simple as far as finding a plan. This is the third year now that I used Healthpilot to check and answer any questions that I may have had about different plans available to me. I tried others but they give you no information about plans. They want to talk to you on the phone. I don't need some insurance person trying to sell me something. Healthpilot allows you to compare plans side by side. Then if you have questions you can speak to a person. This is the only company out there that does this. All the others won't show you the plans side by side for comparison. They all want to talk on the phone and try to sell you the plans they have. I tried them and the minute you put you info in to see the plans in your area the phone rings. Yep it's them calling you because you can't get the comparison info with out your number. I even put a fake number in to see what happens. The site never gave me any plans to consider. They won't!! They want to sell you. THANK GOD FOR HEALTHPILOT.

Excellent experience

These policies are very confusing, but I did receive a fair idea of what it covers. I feel we won't know really until we use it. Fingers crossed, Clover Insurance.
