I absolutely love my Ginevra Bamboo-Handle Leather Bag by Clemés in Dusty Rose! I received it as a birthday gift and couldn’t be happier with it. The dusty rose colour is beautiful, and I really love the quality and feel of the material. It looks elegant and well-made, and I think it will last for a long time. It also has plenty of room for all my essentials without looking bulky. Overall, a beautiful bag with good quality - very happy with it! 💕

You basically can’t return things …!!!
Be very wary if ordering a bag that you may want to return!!! I ordered a bag, opened it and had to remove some packaging in order to try it on - it had long straps which needed to be unravelled and have some cardboard taken off them so that I could try on properly When I tried to return it, I was initially offered money back rather than returning it.. I refused and sent the bag back. however I was then told that because I had taken the packaging off the straps in order to try it on it was unreturnable!!! I would also recommend taking photographs of the bag in the box before you send it back. As suddenly I was told there was a scratch on the bag when I returned it which is impossible as it was handled with extreme car and only be taken out of the box once! Fortunately, I bought it with a credit card and was therefore able to get my refund, i’d avoid this company at all costs !!!!

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry the return process was frustrating.
To clarify what happened: one of the two bags in your order was refunded. The other, the Vivienne Leather Shoulder Bag, came back with all of its protective packaging removed and the strap still attached, rather than packed as it was sent. It also had visible signs of wear and even damage to the leather, and we sent you photos of this at the time. Sadly this meant the bag was simply not sellable, so we couldn't accept it as a return. We offered to send it back to you so you could keep using it, but you chose not to take that up.
Brilliant service from start to finish.

Perfect all round!
Customer service is brilliant, after I placed the order, and it took me ages to actually decide. 2 months of looking for the perfect hide. Straight away I got a very personal detailed email regards my purchase, how grateful the company are for my custom and delivery estimation. The rug arrived 4 days earlier than estimated and it's spot on according to the images on the website as I had specific demands to suit my room. There was also a very appreciative after sales email asking if I am totally happy with my purchase and if not they'd be happy to do anything if for any reason I was not. My rug is perfect. As is this company's appreciation of my custom. Win-win!
