The hand bag specifically is perfect size for me .. looks small but surprisingly fits everything I want and still easy to find within. Looks great too

Just updating my review here on iCowhide. Their team got back in touch and were very prompt in resolving the issue with the rug. I received my refund.
The quality of the rug was lovely. It was just not the right colour.

Dear Jane, your first parcel was returned back to us after DPD, yet we sent it back with Royal Mail as agreed immediately upon receiving it, as we agreed.
Love the cowhide items 🤠
I bought a cowhide rug 3 years ago and I still absolutely love it. It looks stunning and has worn well. More recently I bought some cowhide cushions. They’re not the cheapest cushion covers I’ve ever bought but they are excellent quality and look beautiful. I had to contact customer services about an issue with delivery. The enquiry was quickly and satisfactorily dealt with.

Ok for a cheaper cowhide
Although it's not the best quality cow hide that I've ever bought, it's ok for the money.
Easy ordering and exact measurements given.
I would be happy to buy from iCowHide again if I spent more for a better quality hide
Fairly quick delivery and well packaged.
The delivery time/date was only given a couple of hours beforehand on the day, so had to make alternative arrangements for delivery.
I'm happy overall though. Thank you

I am becoming increasingly frustrated
I am becoming increasingly frustrated. I have returned an item nearly two week ago, I have been patient waiting for my money to be returned. I have not had any confirmation they have received the item also I have sent a few emails enquiring what is going on with my return. This is very worrying, am hoping this is just a mishap and expecting it will get resolved soon.

Be wary if you need to return something
I ordered and paid for a bag with next day delivery. I had a phone call from a nice lady called Lily advising it wasn’t in stock, and would have to wait until the next day to see if any arrived. Offered to refund the express delivery fee, and send it next day if stock came in. As i needed it quickly and there was no guarantee stock would arrive, i went out and bought another bag just in case. The icowhide bag did arrive as promised, but i preferred the quality of the one i had bought elsewhere. I have completed 3 contact forms so far requesting a returns label and a refund. Email received asking if i would keep the bag for a £15 refund. Declined this as I don’t need it, asked again for label to return for refund, advised to complete contact form. Have now done this 3 times starting from the date i received the item and still no label. Will update when i do receive it… Good initial customer service, (after allowing me to order and pay for an item that wasn’t actually in stock)but be wary if you need to return something as it appears to be a frustratingly protracted process!
Finally received returns label and item returned 28/7/26 in unopened perfect condition it came in, ( date stamped photos taken)in original packaging with certificate of posting stamped and tracking number, also emailed this info to icowhide. I do not expect there to be any further delay in refunding the item, and will update review with progress.
