When i downloaded the report, it did not contain the name of the company that I had searched so the report wasn't very good. I note that I did not sign in and wondered if that would make a difference.... Voir plus

Took a little time to find what I was looking for, but once I ordered our drainage diagram, it was processed and arrived within the hour. An easier search function and it would have been 5 stars.
Fantastic, fast service, much better than trying to navigate the govt website, which was difficult and time wasting, glad to find Info Track to do the same thing. Thank you Info Track!!!!
Very easy to use and find information that you need and highly recommend. Its super fast and delivers the information you need on the property to your email. Only downside is the abit pricey.

While delivering a user-friendly experience remains a priority, it is equally important to optimize and minimize associated costs given the current expense levels. A single-page interaction, particularly one that requires only a simple click, should not incur disproportionately high costs. Greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness should be considered to ensure sustainability without compromising usability.

The report I ordered was incorrect and…
The report I ordered was incorrect and it apparently doesn't exist. I'm not sure why the file would be added / tagged incorrectly. On a positive not it's been confirmed my money will be refunded, which i hope will happen.
