Going in late to work
This bed has absolutely been one of the best purchases I've made. On our old mattress I would wake up sore and tired from moving around all night trying to get comfortable. Since we got this bed, the best way I can describe it, it's like velcro, you sleep so well and deep that the bed doesn't want to let go. Since then I've been going in to work later than usual because my sleep is so deep, its hard to wake up.
People say that they don't like that the pumps are not whisper quiet. Yes it makes noise, but in all reality, you will eventually find a setting that you like and stay there. When I do adjust my side of the bed, its because my back is sore, but for the 1-2 minutes of playing with the settings, a small brrrrr sound is no big issue.
The price was better than the " sleep number bed" and so far I don't see why anyone would spend so much on a mattress when the competitors have better deals.
Another selling point for me as far as air beds go is that you don't have to "replace" the mattress after so many years, you just buy the parts that deteriorate, not a whole mattress.
I would recommend this product to anyone.

I had a problem; they fixed it
Buying on-line, without the ability to examine the product, can be tricky. When I had to return my purchase I found the Innomax staff to be helpful and I received a no-hassle refund.

Fantastic!!!....this is the second waterbed we have gotten from Innomax...the last one lasted over 14 years.....thanks!!!.....the new under-bed drawer set is just plain great.
