I bought a king size set from ebay. A year later I had an issue with one of the chambers and emailed in the problem and Scott Holden helped us resolve the issue quickly!!! He is our hero!!!!

First did an online chat to see if I could DIY repair a valve and got excellent advice on which part to request and what to ask for when I called the parts line. Person who took my order was very patient with me and very methodical looking up part number, calculating cost, shipping, tax, etc. Part arrived w/in 3 business days - kudos!

After 14 years our old pump (Sleep Comfort) broke. I called in a panic and a great guy got me calm and I ordered a new (reconditioned) one. We received it in a few days but the connector to our old hoses didn't fit. I called and "Holly" helped me through figuring out which connector we needed but mainly how to fill our bed temporarily since it is the only bed in the house and my hubby is disabled. My neighbor was able to perform the feat and we slept comfortably until the new connector we bought arrived...then he was able to get it all set back up. (Even with the new connector we had to do it a little differently because our original hose was different than the pictures. We are now all set up and very appreciative of the help we received from the InnoMax employees!

The company is fantastic and the representatives are fabulous. I had a blown air chamber and they replaced it under the warranty and shipped it out immediately.

I found the ordering process to be quite simple and efficient. However, it has been 3 weeks and my water bed still hasn't shipped. This should relayed at the time of purchase, as I paid close to 2k three weeks ago and still no bed. Shouldn't be charged until the product ships!

Before choosing this bed, I must have called InnoMax 10 times with lots of questions. Every question was answered, and no one was ever impatient. Customer service was personal, pleasant, and patient - every time.
Not only that - but we love the bed!

We stumbled in to InnoMax looking for help with our 9 year old Sleep Number bed. The pillow top was sagging, the pump was leaking, and the digital displays ("the numbers") no longer worked. After a lot of internet research we figured it would be cheaper to buy a new pump and pillow top from InnoMax. However, we decided to go with a brand new air mattress and pump. We are much happier with a firmer surface, and the pump hoses are made of sturdier materials with connections that won't be leaky like Sleep Number's. Better product, much lower cost, and local business where we can get same day service if ever needed. Home run!

I had a two bladder queen that was loosing air on one side. It was causing all kinds of problems with my back. A call to InnoMax was just what the doctor ordered. The representative asked how big I was and suggested going with single bladder. Within two nights I noticed an improvement in my back and woke up rested.

I bought the split king Medallion Airbed with dual twin S-Cape adjustable bases. Bed came in a few days and me one friend were easily able to set it all up in about an hour. So far the bed is great, always an adjustment period with a new bed. My wife is still getting used to it and we are getting used to the split king as well. A comparable bed from the guys in the mall would have cost me another SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS! So far I am very pleased with my experience.

Not many Waterbed store choices out there. Innomax had helpful sales people, the install was on schedule, no issues. Would use Innomax again without any reservations

As always a very helpful staff, had the pillow I was looking for. When we need a new bed we will be back there.

Russ is a good salesman, he is good around people and not pushy or trying to oversell products. We will shop with Loveland Innomax store. We love our waterbed, by the way, and they have rewired the heaters so there is basically no EMF pollution. When I called back to check on the EMF issue, Russ, was extremely helpful and even called and checked on the issue. Thanks again Russ!

I have tried everything with my back issues. I am a former college football player with any issues and I workout 4-6 times a week CrossFit and Hot Yoga and I am 56 years old and I still compete whenever possible, so I still inflict some wear and tear on myself frequently. I have had back issues since the age of 22 years old. I have tried all kind of beds, all kinds including many different versions of the Tempurpedic beds they are great but they do not work for "me" and have actually made my problems worse. I weight about 275 lbs to day started at 330 several years ago. I was told about the Innomax bed from a Friend who was also a former athlete with the same problems, our butts are too heavy and we sink in these type of beds and it is a killer on the lower back...I have had my Innomax bed for about 3 months now and I keep it on stetting 50 all the time and so does my wife and I have had hardly any issues at all, it has been awesome.
The purchase of the Innomax bed and getting it shipped across the country was a breeze and I commend them for the service. The price was right too. If our lake house does not sell soon I will be purchasing a Innomax bed for there too. I usually will not do these surveys but this one is very important and if you have the same issues give it try...

Amazing bed! Finally sleeping thru the night.

After 2 nights on the new bed, it is comfortable. I'm sure it will be more comfortable when it is broken in a little. I woke up both mornings with no back pain - a first.

Regarding the delivery, we were told the bed would be delivered in 7-10 days and that we would receive a phone call the day prior to delivery to tell us the approximate time. On day 10 we called and our sales rep stated the bed would arrive the next day but he didn't know what time. We called on day 11 and the delivery truck was on the way. Our issue with that is that our previous bed was a waterbed and needed to be drained. Fortunately, the delivery guys were able to rearrange their schedule and gave us a few hours to prepare the room. All is well now.

We just bought a new bedroom set for our 30th anniversary, we had a little trouble with the size of our room but after a good hour of measuring I was sure we could make it work. All the people at Innomax were so helpful giving us suggestions, measuring to see what would fit, etc.we got our furniture home, and still we were an inch short of making it fit on the wall we intended to put it. we would have to put it on the longer wall I called them up the next day and had no problem exchanging it for what turned out to be even better looking design. These are real people that sell quality products, they (and by they I mean every one that worked there even the dock people) just made it a great shopping experience.

They were unable to find a really good sale price, appeared to have a lot of "add on" items, were not totally honest on the "in stock" status of items and very slow in delivery. Not the business this once was. Sadly.
