i was trying to order monsoon shower…
i was trying to order monsoon shower head SP333.
I eventually found the page but there was no way to place the order. there was no add to order or out of stock. also i ordered some replacement door rollers
but it took sometime to locate them. it is not an easy straight forward site

We’re sorry to hear you had difficulty ordering the Monsoon shower head and locating the replacement door rollers. The issue with the monsoon head was stock talking to the website, hence it wouldn't allow you to add to the cart. This has since been resolved. Regarding the door wheels, we do have a part finder to make your search a little easier, or you can contact us directly for assistance. Either way, I'm glad you got sorted in the end.

Spare Part for Shower
The Insignia representative was very helpful in determining which spare part I required for my shower. He also provided some additional information regarding the operation of the sauna function. I'm very happy with the resolution.

Great product and excellent after sales service
We bought an Insignia shower cubicle to replace an old 25 year old cubicle. It was simple to install and no mastic a revelation, designing out leak and mess issues, and complicated plumbing, associated with older cubicles. We recently bought consumable spares and the service was second to none, simple on line catalogue and super fast delivery. Would definitely recommend.
