Easy investing
The whole process of opening an account with Investec was very easy and took no time at all.
All of the communication regarding my account is simply written and easy to understand.
The attractive interest rate was the main reason that I invested along with the fact that I have used the company in the past.
The only negative, from my point of view is the fact that I must log onto the internet to access my account instead of an app.

Only issue is accessing account with app can only manage account via website as app seems to be a different set of accounts and not setup for savings.

Opening a new ISA was relatively simple. I often feel digitally excluded by complex procedures but I managed this easily.

I like Investec except....
Fairly straightforward process to open an account. Clear website and easy to use. However, I cannot give 5 stars because on a couple of recent occasions, I have been unable to speak to a real person as "all the agents are busy". As a result, I had to decide not to invest in another cash ISA as I had a couple of questions and needed to actually speak to someone.
