Solid, secure investment company
Investec provide a very good website to navigate. They provide a very good service on the progress and actions related to your accounts. They feel like a very secure company with which to handle some of my investments and subsequently my retirement funds.

The rates offered changed A LOT within…
The rates offered changed A LOT within hours of setting up this ISA and they wouldn't allow me to close or transfer without loosing 3 months of interest....and took them DAYS to come back to me.

Thank you for the feedback Ian. ISA transfers can take up to 15 business days, in line with industry standards. The exact timing may vary depending on the providers involved.
