Ordered this product online. Packaging was exceptionally good and arrived quickly. The quality of the product (Beef Tripe) had been cleaned to perfection. When cooked the taste after adding a touch of salt, pepper and vinegar was divine. Would certainly recommend to future buyers 👌

Buy cheap, buy twice.
I was very disappointed to find that the beef soft ribs were cut in half (unlike what was advertised) which was very frustrating. I guess the old saying still sticks. Buy cheap, buy twice. Would avoid if I’m honest, never had a rack of beef short rib so small. Both racks that I ordered weighed far less than what I ordered.
