The delivery was very quick,
the packaging was excellent, the meat arrived in perfect condition and most of all the oxtail was delicious. Cooked it in a pressure cooker and it just fell off the bone and it was so tender. Definitely order again

Horrible experience and money in the bin
Well the reason is that i never got my products even i paid for home delivery but the courier decided that they didn’t want to deliver it to my house so they sent me an email “ sorry we missed you “ then i replied immediately, no you didn’t miss anything because i am at home waiting for you and i also contacted the seller who said he contacted the driver but three hours later i just got the code to pick my item from a collection point, three miles away from me, something that was not possible for me, in short i have not idea if my item came or not i didn’t get it i don’t blame the shop but i didn’t get anything back from now i will ask before i buy online who will do the delivery for sure i also must add that although i contacted the driver several times to tell him that he should deliver my item to my house i didn’t get any answer from them after i called to the company to complaint but i am afraid that they are already use to so all i got it was excuses the delivery company was dpd, horrible service!!
After i read your answer as i said i don’t blame you but also i can not say anything about as i didn’t get your parcel and although i appreciate your efforts as can as i saw on some other reviews this is not the only incident with this company more customers had problems with them if i were you i will make them clear that if you have another issue or complaint because of them perhaps you should look for a different company more reliable in my opinion is better than losing customers, but obviously the choice is yours

As per our discussion, I want to express my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. I did my utmost to address the issue with the DPD driver, but unfortunately, our efforts were unsuccessful. DPD provided a code for a pickup shop, but regrettably, the situation is now out of my control.

The service and the quality of the meat…
The service and the quality of thr meat are pretty good. The butcher's staff is very helpful an friendly.
The delivery service, Dpd, is rubbish. They didn't go to my home, they never contact me and they decided to deliver my parcel of 7.6 kg at the nearest place to me. More than 3km of distance. I had to take a taxi to go back home with my parcel.
