From the minute I made contact with them I only received honesty, loyalty and professional advise to cover my needs at home. Never had any thoughts that this was a scam as the price for the units is probably the best out there. Appointment was made within a couple of days to do the installation and the team was on time and continuous communication from the start to the completion of the installation, what an amazing clean top-notch job guys, I applaud you. I strongly recommend Just Energy to anyone who requires alternative power solution with the current state ESKOM is in. We know it will not get better and take it upon ourselves to be pro-active to ensure basic electricity needs ourselves. I wish and hope the Just Energy team all the best for the years to come and know you will succeed in all ventures. I saw just energy advertisement on Facebook
I saw just energy advertisement on Facebook. I made an inquiry after hours and got an immediate outomated response that I will be contacted the next day. I was contacted via wattsup the next morning at 07:30. 5 minutes later I was phoned by a representative and 3 days later my system was installed. I cannot remember when last I dealt with a company that had such effective and prompt communication, feedback and professionalism. Their workmanship was great and I would recommend them to all my friends.

Fantastic service from Just energy
The experience from beginning to end was seamless , from getting the quotes , to installation . Communication was fantastic , Pricing was the best that we had received (compared to 2 other vendors) , installation was quick and extremely neat and well done and professional.There after sales service has been amazing and responded and resolved problems quickly. I would highly recommend Dantri and his team , and will be using them again early next year for further work.
