The team where great from start to end. They helped with getting a lot of viewings for my property when I was selling and the communication and proactiveness from the team from the very start right up to completion was highly professional. Colin and the team at Just Property were excellent dealing with our purchase. We have had a bit of a long process to say the least to get to exchange however that is not down to the control of Just Property. Ashley and then Colin were extremely responsive, always keeping us up to date where new information was available and set realistic expectations. We didn't sell with Just Property as we are relocating from a different area, but rest assured when our time comes to sell again, we will use Just Property.

We purchased our first home through JP and the entire experience was brilliant.

We called on a whim one Saturday in October and were booked in for a viewing just a few hours later. We made our first offer the same day, and were guided through a small negotiating period by Kyle - he was very honest, forthcoming and put us at ease.

JP were able to arrange a second viewing further along the buying process and anytime we needed further information from our sellers, they were able to pass on and resolve the query quickly.

Close to exchange there were some slight issues with our seller’s new property and their local searches. This delayed the process, but Colin was communicating between all parties constantly and was a tremendous help.

We collected our keys (with a complimentary bottle) and are very happy! We will definitely look to use Just Property if we were to move in the future!

Colin and his team provided great support to us in selling our family home in Hastings Old Town. They were very personable, communication was excellent, they were very accommodating to our requirements and they responded very quickly to any queries and actions.
